Welcome home to "Urlaub Haus” which translates to Holiday House…the perfect home for the whole family! This completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath pool home is conveniently located in the desirable Lake Murex neighborhood off West Gulf Drive! ***Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are approximately 24 restaurants now open, as well as a few shops including Jerry’s Grocery. Neighboring homes are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment throughout the island and along the roads of Lake Murex.***

This gorgeous ground-level home is sure to please with its island style beauty and luxury accents to make your next Sanibel stay the best yet! You'll be greeted by an open and bright interior with all the bells and whistles including new furnishings throughout, brand new kitchen with quartz countertops featuring top of the line appliances & an amazing outdoor kitchen that rivals the beautiful indoor kitchen! Take in views of the absolutely stunning pool & spa area and lake front setting from the living room and kitchen. Urlaub Haus is just a short 0.4 mile walk or bike ride to the beach. Pack your bags and enjoy all the great luxuries that Urlaub Haus has to offer! ***This home requires a 28 night stay per City of Sanibel ordinance, NON-SMOKING, dogs considered w/permission and pet fee***

This vacation home is located in Murex Lakes, a neighborhood in Sanibel, and is near theme parks and on a lake. Bailey - Matthews Shell Museum and Sanibel Historical Village and Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation and Sanibel Moorings Botanical Gardens. Sanibel and Captiva Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center and Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.

Wonderful House--Will Stay Here Again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved every minute of our stay in the Urlaub Haus. The house was well maintained and equipped. It felt like home by the time we had to leave. All the furniture was very comfortable. The pool and the view of the lake make this house stand out. We had our kids visit and we couldn't get our granddaughter out of the pool.The house is located an easy walk to the beach, where the shelling was great. We have already booked our stay for next year.
