Could not access property on first night

I got no instructions on how to access the apartment even though I contacted the owner through Stayz several times requesting this. When I arrived at the building at 5:15 pm, reception was closed (It closes at 5 pm - I didn't know this). I tried the after hours phone number a couple of times but no one answered. Fortunately, a nearby hotel had one room left so I stayed there for one night. The next morning I went to the building and phoned the after hours number again. This time, someone answered. They still couldn't sort things out. Fortunately, and the building manager showed up about 20 minutes later. He was very helpful. He explained they didn't get my contact details from Stayz so they had no way to contact me to give me the access details. He sorted things out for me quickly and was very appologetic. I stayed that night and it was a very nice apartment. To the owners credit, I did get a full refund for the night I didn't stay there without any argument.

Perfect as always

Stated for the supernova convention and the room is perfect as always. Nice large shower and comfy beds. Kinda wish it was a full mattress not 2 singles pushed together.

Great Apartment in a Great Location!

I had a great stay in this apartment, bed was wonderful and I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long while. The apartment was mostly clean apart from silver frame around the glass shower screen, lounger room was nice and bright however the lounge could do with being replaced as it was not comfortable and the arm on one side was broken and the small balcony was nice to sit and have my morning coffee. There was no ironing board in the room so I asked the staff if they would be able to source one and they were back within 10 minutes with a brand new one still in its wrapping.l which I thought was great prompt service. It also has a lovely pool but it wasn’t warm enough to use it on my stay. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from South Brisbane station and a 10 minute walk to South Bank waterfront and restaurants. You also have West End shopping centre which is also a short walk away. The only thing I could fault would be that there was only two towels for an apartment that was to accomodate 2 people and I feel 4 towels would be better for the length of stay and there were no face washers so I was lucky I had brought one with me. I would definitely be happy to stay here again!

South Brisbane close to shops as city

Comfortable apartment easily suit family. Cooking facility well equipped, close walk to shops and city of Brisbane. Beds super comfy, plenty of room for family holiday. Pool and gym easy access with a lovely central BBQ area for friends and families to attend. Pool is only for summer use as not heated. Would come back again!
