This affordable holiday home offers all the comforts of home, as well as a large secure yard, quiet residential setting and the convenience of being only a five minute walk to Collingwood Beach.

This single storey home is comfortably furnished and has everything you will need for a relaxing holiday away. Featuring open living and dining, 3 bedrooms in the main house with built-in robes, sliding doors to the outdoor entertaining area and large backyard, and a 3 way bathroom with shower, bath and vanity. The studio has an open plan with a full kitchen and bathroom - perfect for those traveling with two families or the grandparents.

Just opposite the gorgeous reserve, Peace by the Beach @ 6 McNamara Court, Vincentia is perfect for those looking for a family holiday, romantic getaway or just a quick city escape. Enjoy easy access to the local white sand beaches, cycle path, shops, cafes and the Vincentia Shopping Centre.

Superb location and comfortable house

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for our group of 11. Comfortable beds, great kitchen facilities and excellent location. Beach is a 5 minute walk. Shops are a 20minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Just be aware though that there is no clothes dryer although plenty of drying racks available. On cooler days we did find it a challenge to get everyone’s clothes dried. Apart from that though, it’s a great property in an amazing location and we would happily stay here again.
