This contemporary Austin retreat is just 3 miles from Downtown Austin and within walking distance to numerous local restaurants! 1st street offers numerous local eateries from Tex-Mex cuisine to charming cafes. Don't forget to try the famous Texas BBQ while you're here! Take a short drive or Uber ride to Downtown Austin and explore the historic culture of Texas.

The living room welcomes you with colorful and stylish decor throughout. The couch, which doubles as a sofa sleeper, is situated in front of a flat screen TV. The upstairs deck is charmingly decorated with a BBQ grill and seating, great for the warmer days!

The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and much more to make you feel right at home! The breakfast bar offers seating for 4.

There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The main bedroom holds a Queen bed and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom similarly has a Queen bed. There is a shared full bathroom on the 1st floor.

Stay cool with central AC and a washer/dryer are available for your stay! Parking is available on the driveway.

Nice, convenient place

This was perfect for what we needed - to be in the area and have a comfortable place to sleep without paying a fortune. It's not a huge property, and the worst you can say about it is that the front lawn is overgrown with weeds. Everything about this place is good but not great.

MotoGP trip

Awesome location for those wanting to visit Austin and attend the races. Garage is a major plus for those wanting security for their vehicles

Beware of this property - Manager Does not care!

I encountered AC issues with this rental. The AC unit is located directly above the bedrooms. I rented this place for four nights and there was little to no AC. I contacted the manager and it initially took a full day to respond. When they finally responded, I had to request that they send a technician "after hours" since the AC techs were all busy during the day. The tech finally came and did not fix the issue. I contacted the manager again and they got the tech to return and the second time they did not resolve the AC issue. I asked the manager for a partial refund for all the issues I encountered and the manager refused to give me a partial refund. Beware of this property! Also the pictures online make the place look much bigger than it really is.

Mothers Day Trip

We enjoyed our stay! Very nice place that is quiet and comfortable. As per usual, the sleeper sofa is not comfortable but the upstairs beds were very comfy. Suggestions for improvement would include usable hand soap (upstairs had a bottle of water in a old soap bottle with no lid), a little laundry detergent to start the washer for the housekeepers, more than two rolls of toilet paper for 5 people, blankets for the sleeper sofa, and more than two wine glasses (one of which was cracked). Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
