The unit was not represented well in the pictures and description. It was in stronge need of an overchall and not clean. The entrance cieling was falling down, the kitchen sink was stained and looked dirty, the sliding doors were worn and very hard to open, you needed 2 hands. There were other doors where the knobs were stuck and hard to open, there was no closet in the master to hang close, just a wall rack, not good for a 47 day stay, pool leaked, Inhad to continualybadd water, the pump failes and was with out a pool for 3days, the heater kept going off because the pump was sucking sir and had lack of glow, the tile around the pool was loose and dticking up in many places, I actually tripped and fell, scratched my leg and knee, the counter top was seperating in a few places with dirt stuck in it and there were several burn holsvin it, the lighting was terrible, in need ogf some LEDs,the washer machine had an after market hise that burst and flooded the place, the bathroom light didn’t work and needed to be changed, We spent much time waiting for there service man whom who kept telling us it an old house and neede attention. Hoe ever it was advertzed as a paradise, The tub got clogged and the vanity sink drains very slowly. Also the house is only a few houses from a sewerage plant which put out a stronge oder periodically.. there is to much more to list. The owner agreed to letbus leave, but we were st the mercey of the season and couldn’t find anything else. We w
