"First thing you will notice is the awesome view from the living room which is only matched with the same beautiful view from the master bedroom. The unit is furnished nicely, the property is nicely kept, easy access to the beach and centrally located on the island so easy walk to restaurants or quick drive. Will keep this property on the 'return to' list."

-Keep balcony railings free from clothes and linens.
-Pets are not allowed at this rental. Service animals are always welcome.
-Under HOA and rental-owner rules, this rental is unavailable to college-age Spring Break groups. Spring Break groups in neighboring properties may affect general noise levels.
-Sleeper sofa linens are available upon request.
