As you enter, you'll find a spacious and elegant downstairs bedroom featuring a king-size bed. This room provides a tranquil space for relaxation and rest.

Upstairs, the first bedroom boasts another king-size bed, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating night's sleep.
The third bedroom offers a unique sleeping arrangement with a full/twin bunk bed, providing versatility for guests.
Next, there is a lovely queen-size bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. This room offers privacy and comfort for those seeking a more exclusive experience.
The fifth bedroom features two twin beds, perfect for accommodating children or individuals with individual sleeping preferences.
Lastly, the sixth bedroom is a king-size master suite with its own ensuite bathroom, providing a luxurious and private retreat within the home.

Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Socialize or read in the lanai area, complete with a seating area and large dining table

Guest access

To access the community, all guests are required to be registered in the resort system. We kindly ask that you provide us with the first and last names of all adult guests at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This will help expedite your check-in with security, failure to do so may result in delays to your check-in. At the security gate all registered drivers will be required to provide a valid photo ID.

We offer a starter kit as a courtesy:
• 2 Toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 Small shampoo per bathroom
• 1 Soap per bathroom
• 1 Hand soap per bathroom
• 2 Trash bags
• 1 Dish soap
• 1 Sponge
• 2 Dishwasher pod
• 1 Paper towel

The quantity above is intended to make sure you are comfortable upon your arrival and through the first night of your stay. Please keep in mind that you may need to purchase additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

TRASH

• Trash pickup is daily
• Have trash out in trash bench by 7am
• Keep trash bench lid closed especially overnight
• All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs.
• Grocery bags are not allowed
• Loose trash will not be picked up.
• No liquids are allowed.
• Boxes need to be folded flat

DELIVERIES

You can receive packages from UPS, Fedex and Amazon. The USPS does not deliver to the home. You are able to receive food deliveries. Driver will show their ID and your order/the property address to guard at gate.

PARKING

Parking is available at the home in the driveway as well as street parking (this is first come first served). No commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain, boats, or trailers may be kept on property.

If you would like to check-in early or have a late checkout, please let us know two days in advance, and will do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability).

PRIVATE POOL

The pool may be heated for a small fee of $70 (for up to five nights), and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29,95. Please contact us prior to your check in date to confirm grill availability at your home.

PETS

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodation for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay.

30 Day Vacation Stay

Home/Villa was extremely comfortable and modern. The few drawbacks; - Property is busy and at times noisy. Buildings are close together and heavy population of people coming and going. Car alarms going off, loud vehicles, poor parking skills (cars parked blocking sidewalks and at times streets), speeding cars with children present. A contractor was replacing concrete and large piles of debris could be found thru out the property with open excavations in the sidewalks and roadway. There were also a number of “overfilled” roll off dumpsters on site that were unsightly and smelly. Property HOA does a poor job of maintaining the property and the contractors. - Home could use a little extra maintenance; some of the pool furniture was in poor condition. Made a request to have furniture replaced (two chairs and chase lounges) and the management company replaced only the chase loungers. - Pool area was dirty upon arrival, which I sweep and washed down. Could use a good power washing. - Kitchen lacked basic spoons and forks. Not a fully stocked kitchen. - Stove top was cracked (from previous guests) and dishwasher tipped forward when opened. - Security gate didn’t open with parking/entry pass, which resulted in long lines to gain entry. - Pictures of other amenities (lazy river pool, game room, Oasis recreation area) are not on the site as the photos lead you to believe, they’re available by shuttle service. There is a large water type park on site and within walking distance.

Great house but maintenance problems

The house looked just like the online pictures but upon closer inspection things were broken and pool area not clean. The grill was left dirty, we found a few pieces of glass where a glass must have been broken and three of the seven outside chairs were broken. My party of six could not all sit together on the patio. There was a large crack in the glass stove top and the oven door glass was broke on the inside. We could not use the oven our entire stay and only three burners on the stove. One dining room chair was broke and unusable. The curtain rod in the living room fell when we opened the curtains so we had to be very careful after we rehung it. The rods in the dining room and living room were very loosely hooked into the walls. The outlets in all of the bathrooms were not working when we first got there. After calling the management they came the next day to look at the stove and electrical. The outlets were fixed and we were told we could use the stove but not oven. They also cleaned grill for us and let us use it without charging us the $30.00 user fee. The broken patio furniture was never addressed. We asked for some more chairs but they said the owner would have to fix that along with the stove. The manager gave us a 10% discount on our daily rate for our inconvenience. All in all the house is roomy and beautiful and the pool was amazing. I think the owner needs to address the maintenance on the house and buy a new stove and patio furniture.

Nice place

Nice big and roomy home, however curtain rod was hanging off wall when we arrived( looked as if they might have hung it up multiple time with lots of screw holes in wall). However nothing major to distract from us continuing to stay, and have fun on vacation. We notified management, and proceeded with vacation.

Perfect for multi family vacation

Slight issues from previous visits, emailed info and pictures to host and most were addressed on the same day. Beds were super comfortable, Rooms spacious, parking good, overall it was one of the best rentals I have stayed in. Kitchen, hot tub/pool were highlights of the property. Issues; Rec-room area had been abused and Air hockey table was nonfunctional as well as large crack on glass top stove and some broken chairs... Nothing that ruined the stay though. Thanks to the hosts, we plan on coming back soon.
