The Space

Located in the lively Fort Lauderdale Beach, this luxury 1 bedroom condo offers high-end accommodations for your beach or city trip.
The cool-toned details, from the flooring to the kitchen cabinets, highlight the clean and sleek feel of the condo. Enjoy an airy kitchen with a grand waterfall marble island, updated stainless steel appliances, and thoughtfully selected artwork. The circular kitchen table offers seating for four, or choose to take a seat at the bar stools. A grey sectional couch provides plenty of space to get comfortable infront of the T.V and see the sunset through the sliding glass door onto the balcony that overlooks the city.
Step out onto the balcony and check out the view! Enjoy a drink or a book on the comfortable outdoor chairs.
Next to the kitchen is a desk area ideal for remote working.
Across from the living room is a bedroom just as opulent as the rest of the space. Unwind in a King-sized bed dressed in high-quality bedding, and feel the tranquility of the natural light and scenic views from the glass window that opens onto the balcony. A dresser for storage, a T.V for lounging, and a walk-in closet make this bedroom both practical and dreamy.
The ensuite bathroom offers a marble standing shower, a double sink vanity, and a large backlit mirror for excellent lighting.
The in-unit washer/dryer is another touch that will make your trip carefree.

Enjoy a taste of Latin-fusion cuisine at the newly opened Casa Playa restaurant, now on-site at Tiffany House Condominium!

Neighborhood Overview:

This ideal location is in the middle of all the action in Fort Lauderdale!
We're just walking distance from the world-famous Fort Lauderdale beach, with its sugar-white sand and aquamarine Atlantic Ocean!
We're also just a couple of blocks from Las Olas Blvd. What's there, you ask? Well, it's kind of like the heartbeat of Fort Lauderdale.
Las Olas Blvd. is home to nearly every type of restaurants available, from simple to fine dining. You'll find so many different regional cuisines, it's hard to list them all! But do make sure you sample some of the more uncommon cuisines like French, Argentinian, Brazilian, Peruvian, or Middle Eastern. And then go back for all-time favorites like Mexican, Italian, Greek, or American fare. Leave room for dessert, as there's plenty of options for that on Las Olas, too! And for our plant-based friends, vegan and vegetarian dishes are easily available.
For a quick and casual vegan meal, try SoBe Vegan, just across the street from the Tiffany House.
And it doesn't stop with restaurants on Las Olas. As varied as the food choices are, so are your shopping options. From clothes and souvenirs, to home furnishings, to children's items, to books, you'll have to try hard to go home empty-handed!
And the nightlife! Whether you're searching for just a simple pub for a quiet drink, a sports bar to route for your favorite team, or a nightclub to dance the night away, you'll find it at Las Olas.
Make sure you take at least one type of cruise while you're here. There are so many to choose from! Adventurous guests might enjoy an airboat ride in the Everglades, while sweethearts might better enjoy a champagne sunset cruise. Friend groups can try a party boat cruise, while the more athletic guests could try their hands at parasailing.
In Fort Lauderdale, you're only limited by your imagination.

This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)

The unit's oven is currently out of service. We are working closely with the appliance company to have it fixed. Please reach out to management with any questions.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.

🔹The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
🔹An accurate guest count must be provided
🔹No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
🔹Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
🔹No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
🔹Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
🔹The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
🔹This building has a $35/night valet parking fee. If your stay is 27 nights or more, the fee is waived.
🔹There will be no discounts or compensation if any changes in the amenities of the building, closures of pools etc occurs.
🔹We kindly request your assistance in providing your email address and phone number for the purpose of enabling mobile key access and completing building registration. Lack of a complete building registration 72 hours before the check-in date or refusing the use of the app will result in denied access to the condominium as per their policies.


Mail:

Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.

We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.

If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Pet Policy:

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.

If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.

If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.

The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Pool:

If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.
Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests' convenience.

If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.

If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.

Starter Supplies

We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items. ​​​​​​​

Very nice apartment in a lovely neighborhood
This place is clean, upscale, and well furnished, with kitchen ware, lots of towels, a good washer and dryer, two large TVs, a great pool, sauna…the building staff is friendly as well. I would say a couple of things could be improved—as there’s no details on where to find the building amenities, and I couldn’t really find a grocery store nearby. I’d be nice to have a booklet in the building to explain this or give some suggestions. By the way there is an electric bike rental service a block away, it was super useful. Will stay here again.
