TOWNHOME-STYLE CONDOMINIUMS IN THE SOLAMERE NEIGHBORHOOD OF DEER VALLEY

Deer Lake Village condominiums feature a full kitchen, hardwood floors, stone fireplace, washer and dryer, jetted tub, private outdoor hot tub, private garage and complimentary wireless Internet. Situated three-quarters of a mile from the base of Deer Valley Resort, complimentary in-town transportation, provided by Cadillac, offers access to the resort and Park City’s Historic Main Street.

Deer Lake Village 2478 master bedroom, on the upper level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a combined shower and jetted tub with double sink.

The second bedroom, on the upper level, has two twin beds with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a combined shower and tub with single sink. The third bedroom, on the upper level, has two twin bunk beds with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a combined shower and tub with single sink. The fourth bedroom, on the main level, has a twin bed and trundle. There is a sofa sleeper on the upper level. The residence has an additional bathroom on the main level with a walk-in shower and single sink.

This residence also has a full kitchen, fireplace, patio, grill, private hot tub, private double car garage and jacuzzi tub.

This condo is managed by Deer Valley Resort.
