Street Oasis, (formerly known as the Street Cafe) is now available to enjoy in its entirety.

The lower level of this property has previously been enjoyed by guests for many years, as a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom self-contained villa. We are excited to announce that this property has not only had a facelift, but the entire property is also now available for full use of holiday makers. This property now offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for your full use.

This is a fully airconditioned 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, large family sized home, complete with a self-contained villa on the lower level, and a fully equipped, functional additional villa on the upper level, which is now joined to become one. Complete with free Wi-Fi access, 3 lounge areas, plus games/pool room with bar overlooking the pool area this is the perfect entertainer for a long weekend getaway or long stay.

You have full use of the pool and alfresco BBQ area during your stay.

This property was designed by the owner, to provide luxury accommodation at a cost that would not break the budget, originally intended for use of local and visiting divers, as it is close enough to marine parks, and the convenience of walking distance to local dive shops and the peninsula water’s edge, now-days its intended for the use of holiday makers old and young.

This boutique style accommodation must be seen to be believed! Come and experience the most memorable family holiday or couple's getaway you will have ever encountered, in your private oasis.

Our owner carefully and thoughtfully selected the name of this property, specifically paying tribute to the well-known, Icehouse song” Street Cafe".

The name of the property was carefully derived from lyrics of the song, which the owner encountered strong feelings when he travelled along Nelson Bay Road where every road led straight to the front door, of the Street Cafe, Street Oasis. As he made the turn into his driveway, he arrived at his piece of paradise, his Street Oasis, a place he and his family called home for many years.

The property is perfectly positioned in the Heart of Nelson Bay. The property sits at the top of the township, a quick stroll down the road, a block away, to local restaurants, cafes, boutiques, pubs, specialty shops, the D'albora Marina, beaches, and so much more. You can park your car for the entire stay, enjoy the local surroundings or simply lay your hat down and enjoy the property, there is no real need to venture further afield.

This is an immaculate double story house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 dining room (one upstairs, one downstairs), 2 separate lounge rooms, games room and bar (upstairs) and an additional sitting area that looks out into a tropical garden/pond area, and the pool, with ample onsite parking. Most guests enjoy and gloat about the outdoor area, a barbecue and entertaining area, fit for a king, complete with a luxurious pool area lined with tropical plants.

When you stay you have complete access to all outdoor areas including the BBQ, pool and floating deck.

Conditions of Booking:
Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
Please note this is a non-pet-friendly property.
Please note that we do not facilitate group bookings, schoolies, or parties.
Guests are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.
There is a refundable bond of $1000, that is collected in the form of a pre-authorisation on your card, prior to check-in, and refunded within 14 days from departure after all damage checks are complete.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.

Critical Notice - Guest Registration and Identification Prior to your arrival, it is imperative that all guests at Belle Property Escapes fulfil the requirement of completing and digitally signing a guest registration form. This process encompasses an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.
Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is obligated to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.

Excellent property, extremely close to town, perfect for a group trip in Nelson Bay.
A beautiful mansion, perfect for our close group of friends to take a trip up north to the beautiful Nelson Bay. Lots of space, beds are comfortable, everything was clean, the pool is great (only wish it was heated as the water is freezing). Seriously a 30 second walk into town, the location is perfect, with a long (but narrow) driveway for everyones cars. Overall an amazing stay with super easy check-in.
