Enjoy this fantastic one bedroom ocean view villa with its beach contemporary theme! The kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is bar seating for two to three. This is in addition to the dining area with table that comfortably seats four.

The living room continues the theme with its comfortably and stylish furniture, HDTV and slider to your private ocean view balcony.

The primary bedroom contains a king bed, HDTV and its own en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is beautiful with its custom-tiled walk-in shower and separate sunken tub.

Enjoy your private ocean view balcony! The beach is located just down the elevator!

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit 6-7 times over the past 10-11 years, so I feel like I know the property well. The unit seems to have new owners who also have pets. I found this out the first night we were there when I was sitting on the loveseat and had a full blown allergy attack. It’s fine if you have pets, however, please disclose this in the property description. With that being said, the unit was not as clean as it has been in the past. The same goes for the pool, it was not as clean as it always has been.
