This brand new, custom ranch style home will become your new home away from home! Explore nature right in your backyard while grilling on the charcoal grill on the large deck, or gather around the fire pit for some smores and family fun! The home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests and is perfect for your family or small group trip.

This open concept ranch home features a large kitchen and living room area with vaulted ceilings. The roomy kitchen is well stocked, has a breakfast nook, and comes with full size appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen opens up to the living room which features a smart TV and plenty of seating including a queen size sofa sleeper. The home offers complimentary premium WiFi for your convenience.

The peaceful master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV and has its own private bathroom with a large handicap accessible walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and TV, while the third bedroom has bunk beds; full bed on the bottom and twin on the top as well as a TV. There is a shared bathroom right down the hall, as well as a large utility room with full size washer and dryer.

This home is ADA accessible featuring a ramp for wheelchair accessibility, step-in handicapped shower with a seat as well as higher toilet pedestals. The home also welcomes small dogs, limit one, up to 35 pounds. Pet fee of $75 + tax per dog. A pet pool and pet pen are also available for your convenience.

A Happy Place is within walking distance to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 8, rates based on 6 people over the age of 3. Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.

Is it a happy place?

We stayed at the Happy Place at Spring Brook resorts. We were a bit disappointed to see that the house is right next to an interstate, which shook the house when trucks were going by. Also we did not use the firepit, since it was 50 ft from i-90. If the house was not near a major highway, we would have enjoyed it more. The interior was cozy, but the beds were stiff and they do not provide simple items like a sponge or salt/ pepper. Very basic provisions provided. Also the fees we paid nearly amounted to the cost of the entire stay at the place. We wish there was a bit more transparency in the booking.

Ladies get away

The house was beautiful. Very clean. We were happy that the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Check in/out process was great as well! The only issue we had was we were not able to enjoy the outdoors space because of the expressway. We wish it had said that on VRBO. We were looking forward to having a fire and sitting out on the deck. Very disappointing.

Perfect Accessibility

This home was so well suited for our family: husband and I, 2 teens, one small child, and my mother in a wheelchair. We truly appreciated the ramp, wide doorways, and accessible shower! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard backs up to 90/94 so the road noise makes it hard to have a conversation. We made s’mores but then came inside. Otherwise, great stay! We would book again!

Great home

Very nice home, excellent privacy for the two couples with bedrooms on opposite ends. Found out too late the pantry contained a pet pool and pet cooling mat. Did not use the backyard due to time restraints. Highway was rather close but I sleep well to traffic sounds. I explored the neighborhood with my dog and found beautiful, shaded walking paths. We highly recommend.
