Great Inside

This stay was just like it looks in the pictures on the inside. Super clean and everything you need and easy to get into. The only down was the bags of trash right at the front door when we arrived. It was cleaned up the next day but on our last day leaving there was bags of trash outside the door again. I received an immediate response and it was already reported and being taken care of. I stayed with my mother just for 2 nights visiting an Aunt in old city so 3 miles from the stay. The street was pretty sketchy but its fine after walking a block to the right. We had parking right in front of building our entire stay.

Bright, clean studio

Needed to be near my husband being treated at Hospital of University Penn. Having a safe, sunny, clean studio to return to at night was key. The kitchen allowed me to make some meals and/or the neighborhood had plenty of restaurants as well.

Room furniture

I am a disabled person and it would have been nice to have a regular chair to sit in. The room did have a desk chair but that was very uncomfortable and worn out.

Spruce Hill

The room was very clean and was nicely decorated. It looked exactly like the picture in the online listing. The check in process was easy and any communication with the property manager was answered in a reasonable time. I did miss not having a couch to sit on but I was rarely in my room except to sleep. There was some loud music playing outside on Thursday night. But one night out of 5 was not bad and it was turned off by 11pm. Overall I gave the stay 5 stars!!
