There are varieties of shops and restaurants around the neighbourhood. Our apartment will be perfect to accommodate whether you are on a business trip or taking the family on holiday in Sydney.
The space
The apartment fits comfortably up to 3 guests with a queen bed in the bedrooms, and single bed in study room. One modern bathroom, a spacious living room, and a modern kitchen.
The apartment comes with one free onsite parking, and many visitors' parking (need to book with building management 3 days before)
Free unlimited high-speed Wifi with a 55'' smart TV for family and friends to stream Youtube, Netflix, Stan or Apple TV, Spotify, etc. with your account logged in.
Guest access
* Entire apartment!
* Fully secured building! FOB "aka the swipe card" is used to unlock front entry doors and access the elevator to a specific level in the building.
* Access on foot: There are no stairs to climb. Walk directly from either the front entrance at Gadigal street or the rear entrance by Wulaba Park to access apartment .
* Access by Car: drive to the building's driveway gate and access the car park by a hand remote, then use a FOB to access the elevator to the apartment from the basement car park.
Other things to note
1. We don't provide early check-in or late check-out option as our cleaning is outsourced. We don't have their time schedule. Luggage drop-offs are welcome after 11 am.
2. Please note there are strictly no parties/ gatherings at this property. Fines apply through Airbnb if we receive complaints from neighbours.
3. Please read and respect the house rules. MHS reserves the right to decline any bookings should we think the property will be misused in any way.
4. Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Thank you in advance for respecting the above
5. One day before your arrival, we will send a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.
6. We will do our best to respond to all requests for repairs within 24 hours and organize a tradesperson within work hours.
7. In the case of lost or urgent Key Delivery will attract a cost for each set of keys, which is the replacement cost.
