The stunning north-facing decking is accompanied by outdoor seating to provide the perfect spot to bask in the sun as Golden Bay glimmers in the distance.

Inside, find a beautifully presented living space filled with neutral tones and pops of colour. The spacious living area is light, airy and equipped with a corner sofa, TV and woodburning fireplace, while bi-folding doors open up to the deck.

Making use of open-plan living, the space flows through to the fresh and functional kitchen – enjoy the sea views right from your kitchen sink!

This three-level holiday home sleeps up to seven guests over four bedrooms and is complimented by a modern bathroom and three separate toilets for a convenient stay.

Located on a suburban section, enjoy some peace and quiet amongst the pleasant planting on these gorgeous grounds. Close the front gates for an enclosed front garden area that will keep pets and children safe.

Bedroom two (2) bedding configuration is a double bunk bed consisting of a single top bunk and double bottom.All guests are encouraged to use the handrail when accessing the internal stairs as they are quite steep. There is a kayak available to use but guests must bring their own life-jackets to gain access to these.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
