The Space:

The sheltered northeast-facing balcony offers panoramic views sweeping over the Yarra River and touching down on the striking city skyline, giving you loads of opportunity to enjoy the Melbourne Lifestyle.

The accommodation plays host for up to 6 guests, and there are plenty of comfort options available with beds ranging from a Queen, a Double, and 2 Singles, with all three generously sized rooms containing mirrored-robes and sharing in the spectacular City and River views. With a perfect pair of fully tiled bathrooms containing stone finishes, the main bathroom boasts a luxurious bath and separate shower.

If you’re new to Melbourne and outdoors is your thing, you are spoilt for choice with the variety of beaches, parklands, nature trails, and lookouts on the outer skirts of the CBD. Take a beautiful morning walk around the Albert Park Lake or bask in the warmth of the sun at 1 of 3 main beaches; from St Kilda Kite Beach to South and Port Melbourne Beach. If you’re feeling extra adventurous, we recommend taking the ever-popular coastal clifftop walk through Mornington Peninsular National park where you will have the opportunity to spot some native wildlife and sealife.
Melbourne wouldn’t be Melbourne if it wasn’t for its eat street or café culture, and if hunger strikes, there are literally 100’s of hospitality venues within minutes to your door. Whether you’re choosing to stay cosy, and order Uber Eats, or you’re keen to immerse yourself into the Melbourne Lifestyle and thinking of heading out, you simply cannot go wrong with offerings sure to please every tastebud.
If shopping is more your game and you can’t bear to miss out on the latest fashion drops from some of your favourite stores, Melbourne Central Shopping Centre is located on Elizabeth Street and contains the likes of Zara, Hype DC, Myer, Burberry, Stax, H&M and Culture Kings. Getting Around:
We recommend guests have access to their own transport for their convenience. There is an allocated free parking space on the premises, and additional paid parking on the street if needed. However, if guests would like to take advantage of the public transport within close proximity to the apartment, Clarendon Street Metro Stop is a short 3-minute stroll away, as well as plenty of Uber and/or Taxis to choose from.
