Sunny in Sunrise Beach is a beautifully finished townhouse ready for your next holiday to Noosa.

As you walk down the white arbored pathway to the entrance you straight away feel like your in your own tropical paradise.

Located in Sunrise Beach, a peaceful area just a hop skip and a jump to the beach.

Sunny is a 3 bedroom home ( sleeps 6 ) that provides you a sanctuary away from home to relax and unwind on your holiday.

There is a lovely living area upstairs with plenty of space that has an indoor or outdoor dining option on the deck which gives you your ocean glimpse amongst the trees, sit back & have a Bbq while you watch the waves in the distance & the kids in the pool below.

With its simplistic modern design, the kitchen opens up onto it all and is beautifully done perfect for entertaining everyone while away.

Your Master Suite is upstairs hidden away for the parents with a modern luxe ensuite including walk in shower & double vanity.

Downstairs is where the second and third bedroom one with a queen and the other with king singles which can be converted into a king on request. Enchanting sheer curtains align the sliding doors in both rooms which open onto the second outdoor living/entertaining area overlooking the inviting pool, featuring a water fall feature.

Soak up the sun on the sunbeds under the umbrella or sit at the beautiful outdoor setting listening to the water feature.

The main bathroom downstairs contains a freestanding deep bath perfect to soak in after a day exploring the local area. There is also a user-friendly laundry, double car garage and secure gate out the front.

Being 1 of 2, in a stylish duplex only securely accessible via remote electric gate, you will be in good company.

Located only 8 mins to Hastings Street, 2 mins to the beach and 5 mins to Noosa Junction where cafes, boutiques and the local supermarket await.

Sunny provides the perfect Noosa holiday destination.
