Sit back and relax as you watch your favorite movie or shows on the wall-mounted TV while resting your tired feet on the soft carpet. A coffee table, lovely pendant light, a floor lamp in the corner, and wall art complete this serene space. The weaving-style chair adds a touch of bohemian flair to the living area.

The dining area exudes luxury, featuring an oval-shaped table paired with four stylish chairs, perfect for sharing a scrumptious meal with loved ones.

The kitchen is equipped with all that you need for food preparation, cooking, baking, and more!

The bedroom is uniquely tailored to suit your standard! comfortable king-sized bed fitted with a comfy mattress and premium hotel quality linen & pillows to make sure you have a good night's sleep. The room is also equipped with bedside lamps and tables, a built-in wardrobe, wall art, and a portable mirror complete with a chair for your convenience.

To ensure a pleasant stay, guests are provided with fresh towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion in the bathrooms.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a waterbus, tram, or train, those options are nearby so you can choose which one.

The Marina Terrace Waterbus Station is about two minutes away. Routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Promenade.

The Dubai Marina tram station is a few minutes away. You can get on it if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Marina Mall, and others. This also connects to a metro station if you like to go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates).

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
