Cozy house in old, quaint Georgetown. Steps to GO station and Georgetown’s new microbrewery, Furnace Room. Accommodates 4 guests. Our home was recently completely renovated and classically restored. There is plenty of parking spaces on driveway. The home is minutes from restaurants, pubs, shopping, cafes, and hiking trails.
The space
Built in 1885, our home was recently completely renovated and restored with a lot of its original classic character remaining.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fitted with all new appliances and has all the basics (dishes, utensils, etc) needed for preparing and serving your meals. There is a Keuirg machine with coffee pods, spacious fridge with water/ice machine, gas oven, large antique sink, and dishwasher.
Laundry:
Washer and dryer available for use in adjoining laundry room.
Living room:
Cozy living space with comfy seating for four people in front of TV with amazon fire tv . There are cards and various board games available to play.
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, a TV with Chromecast, dresser, and vanity. Second bedroom upstairs has bunk beds
It is located on the main floor and features a beautiful claw foot soaker tub and glass shower.
Backyard:
There is a two-level deck with a barbecue that is available for use and on the lower level, a patio set that overlooks the backyard.
Children:
There are child spoons, bowls, and plates in the kitchen drawers. At the dining room table there is an antique child chair.
Guest access
You will have access to most of the house as well as deck and backyard during your stay at our home.
