Wonderful spot in Pigeon Forge
Loved our stay here. Cabin was located very close to stuff, but far enough away to feel a little secluded. Cabin was very clean. Hot tub was spotless, which is always a good indicator of cleanliness for these type cabins. Had some ants after day#1 on the bottom floor vanity. Manager was called and Orkin was there and gone before we got back that afternoon. Problem was fixed. All the properties around had families in them and entire property seemed very well kept. Highly recommend and will be the first properties I check the next time we get down there!

GREAT VIEW OF DOLLYWOOD FIREWORKS! Close to everything. Perfect layout for family with older kids.
Parents traveling with adult children (22 and 24) Our observations: 1. Can view Dollywood fireworks clearly right from the back decks 2. Bedrooms two floors apart (Master suite is upstairs with king bed, sitting area, full bath (shower separate huge tub) basement has king bed, 2 twin beds, and full bathroom 3. Bathroom on all three levels. 4. Compact, yet roomy. We never felt crowded. 5. Location five minutes from Parkway without curvy roads. 6. Community has room between cabins; you do nor feel the neighbors are on top of you. 7. Kitchen had everything we needed. 8. Has a hot tub. 9. No handicapped bars in shower for people with mobility issues (I have Multiple Sclerosis) 10. A little older, but still in very good shape. 11. No frills in the sense of games or activities so bring your own card/board games 12. AC does not really get upstairs so its warm. Ceiling fan and box fan helped. (it was mid 90's when we stayed) 13. Tables upstairs countertop height. Basement table reg height but only 3 chairs. 14. Nicely decorated for cabin feel This cabin is ideal for anyone who wants to be close to the action, wants a master up stairs and another bedroom in the basement, and does not care about pool tables or arcade games. Just remember, the bedrooms are two floor apart; ideal for us, perhaps not for everyone else. We would stay here again without hesitation due to price, location, and cabin layout. This is our favorite cabin stay out of 5 past visits to the area in cabins.
