The Space:
A cozy 2BR apartment with a minimalist interior will complete your staycation experience, whether for a short or long-term stay. Having a chance to stay in one of the famous places in Dubai – Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR).

The living area has a spacious layout with a comfortable velvety sofa set where you can sit back and relax as you watch your favourite shows on a huge 55" smart TV over the aesthetic console cabinet rack.

Thanks to its oversized windows, it makes this space bright and relaxing throughout every corner of the unit. It's also completed with a rectangular minimalist coffee table, carpet, side console and lamp.

Adjacent to it is the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It is equipped with a complete set of appliances, cookware, and other things for you to use in cooking your favorite dishes. Relish all your refreshment times with its classy rectangular dining table that can comfortably seat up to six people. This space serves a delightful yet decent dining experience.

Your goodnight sleep awaits as you walk your way to the bedrooms. Each has been furnished uniquely to suit your taste. It's equipped with decorative accents and charms which are minimalist yet elegant. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has two single beds which are all furnished with soft mattresses and fitted with hotel-quality fitted sheets and pillows. Both are upholstered with soft linen fabric. Not to mention the designated space for your vanity with a lovely dresser and stool for your complete comfort.

Spacious walk-in wardrobe cabinet in dark wood tone that provides ample space for all your storage needs. The bathrooms are complete with white fluffy towels provided for the guests, as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion, ensuring a comfortable stay. There’s an en-suite at the master’s and separate guest’s toilet/powder room too!

Relax on the balcony while having a cup of coffee while enjoying the peaceful neighbourhood views that this apartment has to offer overlooking the iconic Marina Canal.

The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Beach Residence or as commonly known with its abbreviation JBR. It is a premium area of Dubai. There are a lot of exciting go-to places in this area because The Walk, The Beach, and The Bluewaters Island are all located here together.

The Walk is a beach-side boulevard that has a line of restaurants, cafes, handicraft shops, boutiques, pop-up markets with food and jewelry stalls. There are street performances and an amazing nightlife as well.

The Beach refers to the beach resort itself complete with activities that are available to anyone from beach-side dining and shopping to wakeboarding, parasailing, banana boat rides, and camel rides. There is also a 600-m running track, an outdoor gym, and a volleyball court for those who enjoy jogging alongside the beach and those who want to keep up with their fitness. An outdoor yoga class is also offered for anyone who wants to keep their health at a great shape.

There is also a chance for residents and visitors to witness some live entertainment for a more enjoyable stay.

The Bluewaters Island is where the Dubai Eye is located - the upcoming biggest ferris wheel in the world, expected to be completed in 2019. This island is still in development, but will include entertainment, residential, and many more that will attract visitors.

If you like to shop, a quick taxi will take you to Marina Mall or Mall of the Emirates. You can simply go down to The Walk and enjoy a stroll or see a movie at Roxy Cinema.

You can also go around the JBR to explore and breathe in its uplifting mood. Cafes like Starbucks are accessible if you want to have an elegant cup of coffee, and if you want to catch up with sports, West Beach Bistro and Sports Lounge is nearby.

Aside from restaurants and cafes, there are supermarkets, even a laundry shop, and salon and spas to meet your needs.

You will find that there are a number of things that you can do around the JBR as it is one of the most visited places in Dubai.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.

The Nakheel metro station, meanwhile, is a 19-minute walk. You can ride a train and go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etct.). This also connects to the tram station, which you can use to get to JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Palm Jumeirah, Marina Mall, and others.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
