Awesome Condo on Cocoa Beach

This condo is in a great location - right on the beach and a very short walk (less than 1/3 mile) to restaurants, bars, shopping. It is very clean and updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware. There are two beach chairs, umbrella, cooler with wheels and boogie boards. The bed has a mattress topper and is very comfortable. Honestly, the place is even better than the pictures. I highly recommend!

Lovely Beach Property

We were very happy with this property, which had a private beach assess and was less than 50 yards from the ocean. The unit, although older, had been updated with a newer shower, kitchen, bedroom and updated paint scheme. When we had a small request maintenance was very responsive and cordial. The property managers also went the extra mile in making sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay, including supplying very helpful details about the Kennedy Space Center tour ideas and rocket launches. We would like to thank Zareh and his crew for a very pleasant vacation in Cocoa Beach. John & Linda
