This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is in the Newport building in Mooloolaba. From its amazing location, being only 100 metres from Mooloolaba Beach / Mooloolaba Surf Club, it has everything that could need for a special trip to the coast.
From the secure underground car park, with a lift that takes you from the basement car park to level 1 where you will find our apartment.

The bathroom has a shower and vanity and a separate toilet. The apartment also has a washing machine and a clothes dryer for your use during your stay.
The lounge room has a large lounge suite and a Smart TV, so you can access all free to air channels, or view your own streaming accounts, eg Netflix, Prime, Kayo.
Free NBN WiFi with unlimited access is provided.
The dinning table seats 6. There is outdoor dining space in the shared BBQ area.
The kitchen has a microwave, cook top, oven, fridge, freezer and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle , toaster etc.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
The apartment has two separate balconies, one off the lounge room and a second that you can access from the main bedroom, or the lounge room.
Choose from the pool, hot tub and gym in the resort grounds or take a short 5 minute stroll to Sea Life or The Wharf precinct where you can choose from many fabulous restaurants, cafes, ice creamery or old fashioned lollie shop. There is also the Whale One for whale watching or swim with the whales (in season) to diving the HMAS Brisbane or Fish and Crab charters.
There is secure undercover parking in the basement for one vehicle and a public carpark near the building for further parking.
Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement cost.
