The ground level features split air-conditioning systems throughout ensuring the full brick home is in perfect temperature all year round.

- soaps, shampoos, conditioner
- disposable toothbrushes & toothpaste

- Note the 5th bed is a comfortable queen sized portable mattress with spare linen available.

Potential luggage drop off allowed, however please request to arrange.

Optional: If BBQ is used, there is an extra cost for supplies and potentially cleaning. Please inform host. The cost of supplies is $45 per use (unless you purchase own items). Photos need to be taken before and after use of the BBQ.
