Romar Place 305 is a three-bedroom, two-bath, condo with an incredible Gulf-front, panoramic view from the 3rd floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are three bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat-screen wall-mounted TV and a ceiling fan

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a falt-screen wall-mounted TV and a ceiling fan

• The third bedroom has two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds with a flat-screen TV

• Wireless internet access is provided

• Amenities include: Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Boardwalk, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Elevator, Fitness Room, Heated Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Outdoor Pool, Picnic Area, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, Sauna, Steam Room, TV, Washer/Dryer

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great View and Clean, Updated , Comfortable Condo!!!

This condo has been updated and is extremely clean and very well maintained! The master shower is so awesome . It has 6 body jets, rain fall head and shower wand. My husband couldn't wait to take a shower each day! The condo was very comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything anyone would need for cooking. However, the best area was the huge deck with a comfortable high top table with seating for 4 , plus 2 extra high top chairs ! The view from our balcony on the 3rd floor was endless. We could see up and down the coast and being on a lower floor made us feel so connected to the beach and all that was going on there. We also had a perfect view of the pool to our left as it was directly below us. This condo is one to keep on the short list! We would definitely come back here again!

Great Location

Romar Place has everything my family wants and needs in our family vacation. It's a few miles away from Walmart, Rouses & Publix so traffic is a little lighter. The units are quiet and there's an imposed quiet time from 10 PM-8AM. The walk to the beach is easy. During both of our stays at Romar Place we noticed they routinely clean the floors of the elevators so they're clean and not slippery. This unit was as expected. There were lots of dishes so we did not have to clean dishes after every meal. The master bathroom had a nice shower unit that made washing hair super easy. Being on a lower floor, we had a better view of the beach & outdoor pool area, but the smoke from grills would waft up to the patio.

Beautiful View

Clean condo with plenty of space. Everything we needed was close by. The view was spectacular and the pool was clean. Great place and I'd definitely stay here again.
