***ボートをお持ちの場合は、近くにボートスロープがあります。 許可された2台の車両のナンバープレート、メーカー、モデルが必要になります。ボートランプにアクセスするためのパスをお送りします。 市内を通過する必要があるため、パスを確保するために3週間の通知が���要です。




これは、トラビス湖の前例のない10エーカー��敷地です。 この驚くべきプロパティは、一流のボートドック、6,500平方フィートのリビングスペ��ス、ゲストハウス、2つのキッチン、2つのバー、オプションで温水ス��とプールを備えた専用の入り江を誇っています。 この施設は、11ベッドルームと5リビングルームで構成される5つの個別のスイートで最大40名のゲストをホストできます（パーティーが35人を超える場合、各ゲストに追加料金がかかります）。 調理用の巨大な木炭グリルと冷蔵用のファイヤーピットがあります。 2017年5月に改装、新しい家具、インテリアデザインが完了しました。




宿泊施設に入ると、広大な芝生が水面に引き寄せられます。ここでは、20フィートのボートと35フィートのヨットを収容できるプライベ�����ボートドックをお楽しみいただけます。




裏庭には��リビングスペース、バレーボールネット、ヘリコプターの着陸スペース、ファイヤーピット、seatの���の下の座席とスイング、そしてリラックスして庭のゲームをプレイするためのスペースをつなぐ広々としたバックデッキがあります。 裏庭には、オプションで温水プールとホットタブもあります。

Host dillon was super awesome and always responded on time. House and location is off the charts. We were 35 of us and everyone was super satisfied with the location. Every room had all the amenities as mentioned. Will surely be coming back soon to stay.

Amazing stay!!

I cannot say enough good things about the estate! It was absolutely stunning and the perfect place for our wedding party to hang out and relax. Dillon and his team were super responsive whenever we reached out. Truly an 11/10 stay.

Great family reunion location

We spent our annual Thanksgiving family reunion week at the Estate on Lake Travis. It was a great week. We've been doing these reunions since 1991 and there were several comments that this was one of the best. The accommodations were great and allowed everyone to come together or spread out if needed. The pool and boat house fishing dock were a big hit. The morning and evening visits with the deer were enjoyed by all. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend the property. We are even discussing coming back next year as well.

Fantastic retreat

The property is great for large family/work getaway. The property was described perfectly and was excellent. Lake levels are terrible right now but that is the only thing that we would have done better redearch on prior to coming using the water for relaxation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property.

Family reunion

This property is amazing! There are several things to do. My family and I loved the location and the property. We had about 35 people ranging from different ages and everyone had a great time. No issues with sleeping and the kids has a blast in the game room. The host was easy to reach and accommodating.

Everything was perfect

We held a business review meeting in the house with 16 people, plenty of room for everyone. The grounds and house were perfect, exactly as described and very clean. The location could not be better, I will definitely rent this house again.

Fantastic Venue for large groups!

We had a reunion of 36 women for a sorority reunion. We all attended Southwestern University in the '80's. The property is beautiful and gave us plenty of room to gather all together and to spread out. Highly recommend!

Great place to have our annual family reunion!

There were 37 of us and we had a blast. We spent the day in the pool and lake, enjoying the kayaks and paddle board. Even though the lake was very low, we had a great time. We had room for yard games, card games and a talent show. The communication with the property manager was great and we hope to return next year. A very relaxing time and the view and sunsets were beautiful.

Great get-a-way with friends!

We had a few friends that just wanted to get away for the weekend and this place was just the right spot. It's private cove was so delightful on a busy weekend. We had a few mishaps like the dishwasher quirks but the management company was quick to respond. We would have liked to have the check in/out times different on Holiday weekends so you can enjoy the water more, and not get charged for every hour extended. The boat and some of the floats were great add to the weekend, highly recommend that to you. Overall, a great place to hangout and relax.

Wonderful time!!!

Our family of adults, teens, children and toddlers all had a wonderful time on this property! Plenty of fun things to do between the pool, lake and massive yard. Plenty of space for our little ones to have quite naps, and or to have a quite place to reflect or have a private conversation. Our family loved it and plan to look into returning next year or exploring your other properties. We had a few maintenance issues in the kitchen, but we appreciate Sarah’s prompt response to any questions or concerns that we had. Thumbs up and will recommend to others!!!

We were disappointed with the bedrooms The property listed 11 bedrooms but it really is only 9 We were not able to go out on the grass as it was loaded with grass burrs, and they really hurt There were no umbrellas around the pool for shade so the pool was only useable in the morning and evening

Beautiful & Relaxing Location!

My large extended family stayed at the estate this past weekend. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, which was so nice! The outside is beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised to have many close encounters with deer right in our yard! The cove, lake and pool were gorgeous. The inside of the homes were also beautifully finished & decorated. We had a few issues with cleanliness upon arrival, but I am pleased to say the owner was VERY quick to respond and actually was on site within minutes to make sure our issues were addressed & that we were happy with our stay. His quick attention went a long way in making the situation right! Thank you for a beautiful place to gather and enjoy with family!

Great place for a large group

We had our wedding here on the property. The house and property are beautiful. We had enough room for everyone to be comfortable and not feel on top of each other. The pictures and description are accurate. Communication was definitely lacking prior to checkin. I had a couple questions about extra charges and house details and found the responses to be minimal if I received a response at all. It also would have been nice to have a notebook or a how-to guide for the house since it’s so big and has some quirks.

A Great Family Reunion Getaway

We recently had our first-ever family reunion in Austin, TX, and chose a beautiful VRBO property to accommodate our large group of over 30 family members. I’m thrilled to say that it exceeded all our expectations! The layout of the house was ideal for our diverse group. With ample space to spread out, everyone had their own little corner to relax and unwind. The adults particularly appreciated the expansive living areas where we could gather for meals, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped. The pool was an absolute hit! The kids spent countless hours splashing around and playing games, while the adults enjoyed lounging by the water and soaking up the Texas sun. It was the perfect way to keep everyone entertained and cool during the hot afternoons. One of the highlights of our stay was the game quarters. This separate space was a fantastic spot for late-night fun after the elders had retired for the night. We played pool, ping-pong, and even had some intense card games that went on for hours. It provided a great atmosphere for bonding and creating lasting memories. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a successful reunion. All in all, this VRBO in Austin was the perfect setting for our family gathering.

Sleepless Nights

The property is beautiful and big very spacious house. It was a little old, but still clean with a little wear and tear.. my issue the first night we could not get the house to warm up. It would only warm up to 67 when it’s an older house with a lot of draft.. I did try to call the property manager. They didn’t answer so we freeze all night because there was no blankets in the house with the exception of the very thin bed covers.The next day they did bring us a few heaters and I found out that they had controlled the heat and said it to max out at 67. They upped it and allowed me to have it up to 70 which again it was probably in the 30s and a lot of draft in the house so even 70 wasn’t keeping some of the spots warm..So I appreciated that they brought the heaters so I plugged in the heater in the master bedroom and then the circuit breaker goes off couldn’t find the circuit breaker to turn it back on. Tried all the plugs to see if I could turn it on there. nothing worked so again froze that night too.Very disappointing.

Host/Owner Won’t Return Gold Necklace or Answer Inquiries

I had my wedding at this property and my friends and family stayed at the house. Unfortunately my nephew left his necklace behind at the house after we checked out. The property manager, Robert, confirmed on 10/6 they had located the necklace and would mail it back to me. I agreed to pay shipping costs. I haven’t heard from Robert or received any type of update since then. The necklace is a family heirloom and my nephew is distraught. We understand we shouldn’t have left it behind but we were told the necklace would be mailed back to us. We’re extremely disappointed with how this experience ended for us. I’ve messaged on the app and messaged their direct number. I’m not sure if they’ve just blocked me at this point because I’ve received no response after multiple follow ups. I’m willing to revise or rescind this review if we receive an update on the necklace. We just want the necklace returned.

This is an unprecedented 10 acre estate on Lake Travis perfect for large groups, family reunions, intimate weddings, corporate retreats, and other gatherings. This amazing property includes a two-slip boat dock on the main channel of Lake Travis, 6,500 square feet of living space, multiple kitchens, two large indoor bars, large grilll/gazebo, huge covered patio with outdoor dining tables, gameroom, volleyball, and an optionally heated pool and a spa/hot tub.This property can sleep 40+ guests in 5 separate suites which include a total of 11 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. We recently completed a complete renovation of the main house kitchen, doubling its size and doubling up on appliances with two refrigerators, two ovens, two cooktops, two farm sinks, two dishwashers, etc. Other significant upgrades in the last few years include a completely refurbished pool, new furniture, hardware/finishes, games/amenities, etc..Upon entering the property, guests will see an expansive lawn drawing you down to our private cove on Lake Travis where our guests will enjoy a large boat dock that can accommodate two boats and multiple jet skis / kayaks. Our partnership with a locally owned boat rental company makes it easy to rent boats, jet skis, and more and have them delivered straight to our dock. We also offer 2 complimentary guest parking passes to the nearby private parks/boat ramps if you’d like to launch your own boat/jet skis.Behind the house there is a covered back porch that connects four of the five living spaces and has tables and lounge furniture for outdoor dining and relaxation. The backyard is an entertaining paradise with a grass volleyball court, tetherball, gazebo with an outdoor dining table and huge charcoal/wood grill, fire pit with adirondack chairs, large pool, spa/hot tub, hammocks for relaxing under the live oak trees, and lots of space to play yard games.Large groups will appreciate the 5 separated living areas / suites, each with its own entrance on the back...
