Great Apartment

Nicely located apt in the Dona Lola resort. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out to the pool and the sea. The 2 bathrooms are quite small and I don’t think you will be able to change this!

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location

This was a lovely apartment in a great location beside the lovely boardwalk and beach, restaurants and bars close by great swimming pools. Staff in Caribasol were fantastic so friendly when we arrived and before hand great communication by email. Will definitely be booking here again

Fabulous complex. Plenty of restaurants and bars within the resort didn't need to go far. Grounds kept clean and well maintained. Always plenty of sunbeds available and daily happy hour by the pool was great.The boardwalk along the coast was immediately in front of the apartments and was a lovely walk in both directions. We would defitinitely stay here again.

Good experience

In general, we had a good experience. The location was good, there are supermarkets near and the appartement is well equiped. We didn't have access to the gym/spa, because we made our reservation through a owner and not through the hotel, I think that's something that was not clear when we made the reservation, the conditions are not exactly the same for both type of clients. But it's just a detail. There was not much toilet paper in the bathrooms.

Regarding access to the gym/spa, you stayed in a privately owned apartment within the resort complex, booked through Airbnb, rather than in one of the hotel’s accommodation units. Access to the leisure centre and kids’ club is therefore not included with this apartment, and this is not listed as an included service in our Airbnb advertisement. However, we understand from your comment that this distinction may not have been sufficiently clear when making the reservation. We will therefore add an additional clarification to the listing to make it even clearer that the leisure centre and kids’ club are not included among the services provided with this privately owned apartment. Thank you again for your feedback, which helps us make the information provided to our guests as clear as possible.

Enjoyable Christmas and New Year

Everything was just as described. Very clean with all kitchen utensils (apart from scissors). Beds very comfortable. Shower could be updated but still working ok. UK TV channels and good internet speed. Would book again

Amazing holiday.

We had the best time. We came as a group of 13 and had this apartment and a beach front villa. It had everything you needed. The beach was spotless and everyone was very friendly. The local shop in the resort is expensive. There is a supermarket across the bridge which is cheaper. I loved the location but having the highway so close to the resort was very inconvenient due to having to walk to a bridge every time we needed across. Other than that everything was great.

Great service

The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The service and support from the office staff was excellent and anything that needed attended to was done in a timely fashion Very friendly and supportive staff Arriving on a day when the office is closed makes u feel a bit vulnerable should anything happen as u have to wait until the Monday till the office opens we needed an extra set of keys and I was worried we would loose the set and be locked out and we would be stuck at the weekend.
