Wonderful balcony views

The property was in a great location on the river. The living area was spacious, and the kitchen was great as well. The views of the river from the 21st floor were spectacular. A large mall with supermarket was a 2-minute walk away. This place is so close to the metro and train station we walked from our train straight to the property. Ricardo our host was very helpful throughout my booking process.

The property is in a good location with great views of the old Expo site and next to the train station, so it’s easy to get into Central Lisbon. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need and was clean. The sofa in the living room is comfortable. It felt safe, was quiet and there was secure parking.

The panoramic vistas of the cityscape, with its iconic architecture and vibrant colors, were simply mesmerizing. Each morning, I enjoyed my coffee while gazing out over the city, watching the sunlight dance across the rooftops and the Tagus River. The evenings were just as spectacular, with the city lights creating a magical atmosphere as the sun set behind the hills. One of the standout features of this location was the accessibility to the waterfront, which provided kilometers of walkways perfect for running. As an avid runner, I found the well-maintained paths alongside the water to be an absolute delight. In addition to the stunning views and excellent running paths, the location itself was perfect for exploring Lisbon. We were close to many of the city's public transport making it easy to immerse ourselves in the local culture and enjoy everything this beautiful city has to offer. Overall, our stay was nothing short of wonderful, combining the best of urban and natural beauty. Whether you're a runner or simply someone who appreciates stunning views, this location in Lisbon is truly a gem. Oh yes, full equpped kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, stove, washing machine!

Perfect, spacious place in convenient neighborhood

This unit was everything we'd hoped for and more. A spacious, comfortable duplex near the river and next to a massive mall with grocery. From the two-story windows you can watch the sun rise over the river. Many restaurants nearby, and miles walking along the river. The neighborhood is oriented toward businesses and events at the arena, not a quaint Lisbon neighborhood. But its a 20min Uber or quick train trip from the nearby station to Lisbon neighborhoods. The unit has a queen master bed and a second bed with two singles. Great showers, excellent kitchen, large fridge. Excellent host who showed us everything when we arrived.

Beautiful view!

We loved the view. Also very convenient for restaurants and grocery. Probably best for families as the main bedroom is amazing but the other bedroom is quite small for grown ups.

Great for first time in Lisbon

The Expo area is so great when visiting Lisbon. A short taxi ride to and from the airport, train and bus station across the street, Uber in abundance, mall with a grocery store next door, lots of restaurants within walking distance and an awesome view of the river from the condo. Ricardo was always quick to respond to our questions and was there to greet us when arrived. Security and underground parking is a huge plus. Always felt safe inside and out! It was a great time at a great locale!

Parque das Nações - Outstanding Location

You can't do better if you need to be in this part of town. Oriente Metro Station, Vasco da Gama Mall with a huge Continente grocery store and tons of restaurant choices. The property and the view are first class.

Estancia muy agradable

El apartamento está fenomenal, amplio, muy luminoso, con vistas espectaculares ya que está en la planta 21. Las camas son cómodas. Dispone de plaza de garaje. La comunicación con Ricardo ha sido muy fluida. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

Very wonderful and welcoming people!

Very nice apartment on a convenient location, nicely decorated, clean, fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfy with quality linens. You feel right at home. Walking distance to wonderful shopping , restaurants, beautiful park close by. Ricardo is a super host, easy communication.

Lovely Stay

Great apartment with a wonderful view of the river and local area. Major shopping centre next door, trains and subway across the road and lots of Restaurants and Cafes close by. Make sure you buy a Lisboa Card! Thanks Ricardo

Wonderful!

Our plane did not arrive until 11 pm but Catia was outside waiting for us when we arrived by taxi from the airport. She was welcoming and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, answering all of our questions. She returned messages immediately throughout our stay and offered suggestions when asked about the area. The views and location were amazing. The clean, modern apartment offered ample room. For the four of us. The individual room air conditioners had a hard time keeping up with the heat but the windows opened which cooled down the place each night. The guest bedroom air conditioner did not seem to be working correctly, an additional fan to move the air around would be helpful. The grocery store and mall are less then a block away, Starbucks is on the corner and there are some great Italian restaurants up and down the waterfront. The train station and car rental agencies were two blocks away. Uber and taxis came quickly. We were glad we chose not to stay in old town and would definitely stay here again. Lisbon has lots to offer. TukTuk tour is a great way to see old town .

Beautiful location, very nice apartment, and a terrific host in Ricardo. Wish we could have stayed longer. Ricardo met us and provided a very smooth welcome to the building. The location is super convenient to so much. We were driving, but with the proximity to the Metro, and the Taxi stand right next door at the Vasco de Gama mall, this location is ideal for getting around Lisbon, or beyond!

Beautiful, clean, safe upscale neighborhood, across from train station, mall next door.

What a great experience. Starting with Ricardo. So nice and helpful with our getting acquainted with Portugal. We knew that we had made the right decision the minute we walked in the door. The view alone every morning and evening added to our great adventure. The fact that there was a mall with a huge grocery store up the street and the train station across the street was yet another benefit as well as being on the bus route. Everyone was so helpful, especially in the train station. We saw a lot in 4 days and are so glad that we decided not to stay downtown. I highly recommend.

Above all expectations

Excellent location for a business trip taking us to FIL. Walking distance to restaurants and the big shopping mall which is open until 24 o clock. The appartment had an stonishing view and all you could ask for. Both bedrooms have there private bathroom. Highly recommended. Ricardo is there for you 24/7 and takes care of everything.

Apartment has breathtaking views !

This is my second stay and this time for 8 nights, what else to say? A very lovely apartment, modern and stylish with a great river view. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Easy access to the Metro and trains, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Gorgeous large apartment with astounding views. Very good location, right on the metro. If you want to be downtown, this may not be the place, but it is very convenient to get there via metro. Because of the beautiful floor to ceiling windows, it gets very hot, the ac can’t really keep up with it. Fortunately the windows open and helps cool the place. If you plan to cook or are staying longer than a couple of days, you need to buy, toilet paper, paper towels or napkins, dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, oil. None of that comes with the house, (one small roll of toilet paper per bathroom). Overall the apartment was clean, large, had great WiFi. My complaints are a little petty, mainly because I am used to having those things available. The good news is that there is a great supermarket next to the apartment where you can get all of those items. Interesting it doesn’t cost that much you would think they would have them there. Overall rate the place as excellent, especially for two couples. If you know you need to furnish those things ahead of time even better ( in fairness, that may be the standard in Europe, we are used to the USA where typically that stuff would be included

Great location, great people, great property

Modern, clean, all amenities. Good location to be away from the downtown Lisbon noise and crowds yet easy to access from airport and metro system. Wonderful selection of nearby restaurants and shopping mall within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend both the location and the apartment and thanks to Ricardo the Manager for his hospitality!

Great apartment and location

The apartment is a good location with a big shopping centre next door. The Metro is also close by which was easy to use adjacent to the main train station. Great views with the large windows which meant it was really hot at night but we sleep with windows open to get a cool breeze. Good communication with Ricardo and would recommend for a city break.
