Awesome location

We had such a great stay here, such an incredibly central location yet still so quiet and private tucked down a side street just off of a canal. If we come back to amsterdam we will try and stay here again!

Beautiful apartment

Apartment is as lovely as the picture. It's in an excellent location - tucked away from the thoroughfares but close to amenities. We'll stay again when next in Amsterdam.

Studio Koggeschip Amsterdam

Other than having difficulty communicating with the manager at the entrance to the flat due to having out of country phone and having to wait to drop off luggage due to arriving in Amsterdam in A.M., check in went smoothly. The bed was comfortable. It flat was attractively decorated. Having an undercounter refrigerator and microwave was an added plus. The unit was quiet and convenient to walking to the sites wished to be seen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage

Wir haben 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht und hatten jederzeit einen schnellen Zugang zu der Stadt. Quasi direkt vor der Tür liegt die Singelgracht und Läden und Restaurants sind innerhalb von Minuten schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, man findet alles was man braucht, bis auf einen Ofen mit Herdplatten, aber das hat uns die paar Tage nicht gestört. Da die Küche direkt im Schlafzimmer liegt hört man nachts ab und zu den Kühlschrank aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Die Wände der Wohnung sind sehr dünn, weshalb man jedes Telefonat der Nachbarn mitbekommt und auch vom Treppenhaus her alles hört. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dieser besonderen Wohnung und Peter der uns Ein- und Ausgecheckt hat war super freundlich!

Comfy and clean

The studio is lovely, the bed very comfortable, kitchenette is sufficient and bathroom clean and modern. Checking was great. Check out just as easy. Ron, my host, was extremely accommodating. Wide stairs to 1st floor easy to navigate. The studio is very bright, however, for sleeping, would be improved if it had shades for the windows. No ‘cons’, but be aware that it is close to “red light“ activity and therefore some street activity. Certainly Not a perceived danger but definitely subject to late night (drunken) yelling in an otherwise quiet corner. All said, I was very happy and would recommend the studio for your visit.

Great stay

Really enjoyed the stay . The location was perfect as we travelled by train so could get to apartment within 10 mins . Loved the apartment which was spacious , and very well furnished and kitted out with everything we needed. Central for all our exploring and great to be right by the canals . Good introduction and communication with Peter and early arrival helped us make the most of our stay ..

The studio was within walking distance or many great restaurants, bars and the train terminal. Also only about 20 minutes from the airport without traffic. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Amsterdam.

Perfect Location for Exploring the City

We stayed here for a few days for a long weekend in Amsterdam and, although we have visited several times before, both agreed this was the best located apartment we've stayed in. Beautifully decorated and well equipped, there was more space in the apartment than the photos suggest. The street is nice and quiet, despite being in such a busy area. We were greeted on check in with a wonderful welcome and check out was face to face as well, so no issues with either. Peter couldn't have been more helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if it was available on a future visit.
