Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re really pleased to hear that you had such a great week and enjoyed the apartment, the sea views and the location. It sounds like you made the most of the balcony and the outdoor area, and we’re glad you also enjoyed the pool and the restaurants nearby. Thank you for recommending the apartment and for choosing to stay with us. We’d be delighted to welcome you back to Doña Lola in the future!

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location and, in particular, being right on the boardwalk and being able to enjoy the sea views and sounds throughout your stay. Regarding the toilet seat in the main bathroom, we have already attended to this and resolved the issue, as it was indeed slightly loose. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and, of course, for any concern this may have caused during your stay. As for the air conditioning, it had been checked recently and, as part of our regular maintenance, we also periodically clean and disinfect the filters. We are nevertheless sorry to hear that you experienced an unpleasant smell and that you felt it was not working as it should. Had we been made aware of this during your stay, we would have been very happy to send a technician as a matter of urgency to check what was happening, alternatively provide a fan if that would have been your preference. We are glad that you otherwise enjoyed the property and its wonderful location, and we hope that these points did not prevent you from considering staying with us again in the future. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.

Many thanks for your review and see you again next year!

Dear Helen, First of all, we would like to apologize that the bathroom was not clean to an acceptable standard. If we would have known this upon your arrival, we would have sent the cleaners back. looking forward to seeing you again in September. Regards Caribasol team

We are thrilled to read that you had a lovely stay, we hope to see you again in the near future. All the best.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience at Doña Lola. We’re delighted to hear that you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the immaculate resort, the beautiful beach house, and of course, the unforgettable views. We truly appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness, décor, and how well-equipped the property was — it means a lot to us. We're also glad we could accommodate your needs with the air conditioning in the main bedroom, and that it made a difference during your stay. We understand that Calahonda may be a bit quieter for families with teenagers, and we appreciate your honest feedback. Renting a car is indeed a great way to explore the wider area and discover the many attractions along the Costa del Sol. We'll also take your comments on the restaurant options into consideration, as we're always looking for ways to improve our guests' experiences. It was a pleasure having you, and while the area may not have been the perfect fit for your family this time, we hope you’ll carry fond memories of your time here.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback regarding your recent stay at our property. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort you experienced. Your comments are incredibly valuable to us as they help us and the owner identify areas where we need to improve.
