Very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay! Except for some (big) bumps with the check-in process, we were very comfortable. The apartment gave us enough space, it was clean, and the location was great.

Nice stay in Rome...

The flat is spacious, nice, clean and well equiped. The location is a bit outsite of the center of Rome, but the bus down the street brings you straight down. We as a family really enjoyed our stay and really recommend it . The shops are nearby which is really convenient. Wifi was really fast!!!

Overall, I really enjoyed this flat! It's in a well transited part of Roma so getting on public transport was very convenient. There are eateries on the main boulevard and a supermercato some 5 min walk from the flat, even a great bar/restaurante right in front of the building entrace! The area is not as fancy as other parts of Roma but it did not feel unsafe, even late at nights. Being so close to Trastevere train station is a huge plus! You can get to anywhere in Roma if you go there, and it's a great way to get to Citta Vaticana, Vatican City, to avoid the crush of tourists who take the Metro on the other side to get to Citta Vaticana. As for the actual apartment, it has everything one would need: completely stocked kitchen, plenty of sheets/blankets/towels, very clean, open and airy with very creative interior designs! And, the balcony was a welcomed treat, especially being on the 4th floor! I was joined by family and they both enjoyed the flat as well. We were a party of three and the flat did not feel cramped, so it is a good size in my opinion. The building has a "quiet hours" policy which is good; however, the traffic from the boulevard will reach the flat, just know that. Finally, communication with Francesca was very good! She had an issue the night before we were to arrive, communicated the problem with us and got it resolved, all while keeping us informed. She gave us some great tips on getting around Roma; eating spots, transportation, etc. very helpful info.

Several disappointing experiences

We had 2 weeks in Italy, thereof 5 nights in this flat. However, experience was not good. The flat is in the 4th floor. There is a lift, however, you have some stairs to reach the lift. This lift is small and can only be used by 2 persons. Just before arrival the landlord told us via Whatsapp to be careful with the lift, which we did. However, when reopening the lift door, the handle broke and we had much trouble for the next days, also with the agency. The landlord does not really speak English, but sends WhatsApp via translator app. In the flat the beds (both the main bed as well as the sofa bed are in really bad condition. No fun to sleep there. If you come by car, you are almost lost. We asked for the parking situation before we booked. The landlord told us, that there are parking options available, which are free of charge. This is true, however, the street is very short with only few parking lots for the many, many people living in the high and dense houses. These few parking lots are crowded almost all time and predominantly usable only for small cars. On the next street with quite some traffic there are more parking spaces, however, you have almost no chance to find one and there is continuous traffic. From the flat the only view you have is to a inner courtyard of the big buildings. Does not look really nice and of course you hear the noice of traffic. We were relieved when we could move on.

Appartamento in zona strategica di Roma. Siamo stati nell’appartamento di Francesca per un viaggio in vista di un concerto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. In casa non manca nulla e venendo in macchina non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma Francesca ci ha fatto trovare tanti ventilatori e siamo stati molto bene. La zona è ben servita di autobus.

Appartement bien situé

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, nous y avons passé 4 jours pour visiter Rome. La ligne de bus est juste en dessous, les liaisons permettent de se rendre en 15-20 mns aux différents sites remarquables de Rome (Forum romain, Vatican, Colisée, Le Panthéon, la fontaine de Trévi) ainsi que toutes les belles places de la Capitale.

Schöner Romaufenthalt

Unterkunft zentral gelegen, mit Öffentlichen alle touristischen Ziele in Rom gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art direkt um die Ecke. Francesca haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber alles Organisatorische war prima oer Mail und Telefon erledigt (englisch)

Appartement bien équipé, propre et bien positionner. Franchesca communique rapidement. Sauf qu'on réservant je n'ai pas fait attention que la maison n'avais pas de climatiseur, c'était l'erreur fatale qui a gâcher nôtre séjour, malgré la bonne volonté de Franchesca elle nous a fourni un autre ventilateur mais ça ne fesait aucune différence la maison était terriblement chaude jour et nuit (période de canicule 42 degrés). c'est la 1ere fois de ma vie que je suis très contant que mes vacances sont terminés et je vais rentrer chez nous. Je recommande à Franchesca d'installer un climatiseur ou acheter un climatiseur mobile et le fournir à ces locataires quand il y'a nécessité.

La casa y su ubicación están bien. EL bus 170 te deja en en centro, lo malo es que el transporte publico en Roma es un poco caótico. El barrio tiene de todo lo necesario, restaurantes, supermercado, tiendas... La casa en general esta bien. Mejoraría que le falta un microondas y no tiene cortinas en el baño, por lo que se moja todo al ducharse. Por otra parte, si llegas mas tarde de las 8pm tienes que pagar un extra. Por lo demas todo bien, la comunicacion con Francesca muy ágil.

The apartment is in a great location near restaurants and shops. Parking is on street and a challenge to find a spot. The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you need.
