Fantastic

Del Mar condo is very spacious and clean. Beautiful views off the balcony and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great restaurants in the area, we ate out everyday. We had an fantastic vacation!

Outstanding property near the beach at Torrey Pines

We rented this property while I was working in San Diego for three weeks in September. The property extends over three floors and has two en-suite very good sized bedrooms - the master bedroom has its own sitting room and a view of the ocean (and the sunset) in the distance. The sitting room has a balcony, and this also has a view of the ocean. The property itself, and the surrounding community, is really excellent, and the location is perfect - a short walk to the beach, to Torrey Pines, and to the Torrey Pines extension park, and a short drive to all that San Diego has to offer. Jerry and Fay were extremely helpful when we contacted them with a few questions, and there is no doubt that we would rent this property again were it available.

Nice, family friendly condo in beautiful location

I travelled to San Diego with my wife and two daughters (6 & 3 y.o.) to visit my mom. The place was very nice, with almost no issues. It had a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans and dishes, a tub with a view of the ocean, a garage parking spot, and access to a pool, hot tub, private park and tennis courts. The location could not be better... Walking distance to Torrey Pines State Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California, and very centrally located, within 30 min of most parts of San Diego and coastal North County. The hosts were very responsive to questions and left lots of instructions about check in and general house maintenance. We'd recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful Del Mar!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the condo-the location was perfect as we were in town visiting family in Del Mar. there was plenty of space for three teens to spread out and we all enjoyed how close the condo was to everything. We walked down to the beach and also enjoyed using the heated pool which was so close to the unit. Jerry was wonderful and friendly and provided great instructions for everything. He was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The porch with the ocean view was wonderful and overall we had a great trip. We highly recommend this wonderful home!

Space, Amenities and Location

This Seapoint condo is both spacious and in a perfect location. It is a short walk away from Torrey Pines beach that we enjoyed walking on and catching sunset. The condo is only minutes away by car from Del Mar or, as we often did, a 10 minute bike (rented hybrid bikes from SoCal Bikes for $25 a day). We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The owners provided various suggestions on places to eat and visit which was nice. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Great location

Excellent location. 10 min walk to beach, trail behind complex. Plenty of parking on street for guests. Quick on Hwy to anywhere. Place very spacious, clean and loved balcony to listen to waves while enjoying our coffee. Have not given max. rating because had trouble getting in/out of bathtub for shower(lip was very wide) in master bath room and there is also a step up to the bed ! There was a beautiful walk-in shower downstairs though. Communication with owner was fast and easy.

Del Mar condo by the beach

This condo was super clean and recently remodeled-only a 5-10 minute easy walk to the beach. We arrived during a heat wave so at the beginning it was very warm without air conditioning. However, later in the week it cooled off nicely with the return of normal San Diego temperatures and the ocean breeze. There were 6 of us ranging from 40-73 years old so it was a really nice quiet place to relax and visit the beach daily.

Great Stay

The location was awesome, steps away from the beach. The place was nice and clean. The hosts were great and very accommodating. Overall great place. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay!

We stayed in this rental in July 2012. Great location! Easy walking distance to the beach and the trails around Torrey Pines. The pool and hot tub were a welcome place to to relax after a day on the beach. The rental was very clean and the decor is nice. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. I would recommend this to my friends and relatives. Thanks for letting us stay!
