見事な、最近改装された、家族にやさしい家で、たくさんのスタイル、すべてのmodの短所、十分なスペース（2500平方フィート）。
地上階は、半分のバスルームと映画プロジェクターとスクリーンを備えた広いファミリールーム/メディアルームで構成されています。 部屋は引き込み式のガラスの壁を介して、10室のダイニングエリア、バーベキュー、ファイヤーピットのある庭に通じています。
メインレベルでは、オープンプランのキッチン/リビング/ダイニングルーム、専用バスルーム付きのベッドルームがあります。 グルメキッチンには、モダンな電化製品と、シンプルな料理や贅沢な食事を調理するために必要なすべての設備が備わっています。 ダイニングテーブルには10席、リビングルームには、寒いサンフランシスコの夜に備えてリモコン式の暖炉があります。
2番目のレベルは、2つのベッドルームと2つのバスルームで構成されています。 マスターベッドルームには、リビングルームとスライドドアがあり、ツインピークス、ダウンタウンの高層ビル、ポトレロヒルの180度の景色を望む巨大なルーフデッキに通じています。

Great San Francisco stay

What a great place! My daughter and I really enjoyed our time here. After a day out, exploring the city, we always looked forward to returning home. And it did feel like a “home” - very welcoming and easy to feel comfortable in the time spent relaxing, planning the day or even doing laundry. The property is very clean with ample room throughout - bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, lower level. All with wonderful design/decoration. We had everything we could need, and any questions we did have - Susan was quick to answer. Would definitely stay here again!

Property exactly as described. Lovely home but you definitely need mobility to get up and down both the spiral staircase to the upper bedrooms and the stairs into the main floor of the house. I suspect this is typical of almost all homes in the San Francisco area. Having a garage was extremely convenient. We loved the extras provided such as soap and toiletries. Also since we were traveling with an infant, the pack and play was put to good use! Loved our stay here, the home was beautiful.

San Francisco Charmer

This house was absolutely fabulous! From the moment we walked in we were delighted! Every last detail was perfection. The pictures on VRBO are accurate but really don’t do this house justice! We were in the house over the Fourth of July and we watched the fireworks from the upper deck. Best seat in town. Location could not have been better. The neighborhood had several great restaurants and a corner market as well as a Pub. And there was a park a few steps away for my grandson to enjoy. We had a wonderful family vacation. Susan corresponded with me prior to our arrival, answering all of my questions. And there were details about the area that were fantastic. Can’t say enough!

A great house in a great location

The house is beautiful and has all the amenities a group would need--the 2 decks are especially enjoyable. One really nice feature was that all the bedrooms essentially had their own bathroom. The house is in a fairly quiet neighborhood, which is a nice respite from the crowds and traffic of downtown San Francisco. The neighborhood has a lot of character, with a number of restaurants and a grocery nearby. The hosts were extremely responsive to our questions leading up to our stay and were very helpful throughout .

Beautiful house /great location

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Beautiful house!!! . Lots of space . Very well equipped kitchen .Convenient to various sights in San Francisco and surrounding areas . The hosts were great . Left detailed instructions and lots of ideas about restaurants etc The neighborhood is nice and there is q great little park with a playground down the street if you have kids . Only downside is the garage is small so didn’t fit our large suv but we found on street parking without a problem Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay

Great house for a stay in SF

The house is great with the roof top and the terrasse. Well located in SF with a car garage. All the rooms are large with a bathroom. The house has been completely refurbished and is very clean. Thanks !

Beautiful 3 bedroom house

All aspect of the house were wonderful. We were three adult couples and everyone enjoyed the comfort of their room. The house is quite large with excellent space for eating and talking. We especially enjoyed both the roof top and ground level patios as SF had some of the warmest days on record. Would not hesitate to rent the home again.

Clean, modern, bright and comfortable home in great location!

The property was immaculately clean, modern, light and open floor plan. The hostess Susan was extremely helpful and available-although we never needed any help! There were some nice cafes, grocery store and a park nearby. We walked to the Mission and took Uber all over the place. Highly recommended!

Holiday with family in Bernal Heights

We had a wonderful time over Christmas. The house was a perfect location near family and convenient to corner markets, cafes, parks and walks up Bernal Hill. The house itself is modern and comfortable and the hosts, David and Susan were very communicative and super to work with. We would definitely come again.

Perfect SF house

This was a perfect, quiet, comfortable house for 3 adult couples. Very open and warm feeling with nice patio and roof deck for sitting out. Modern kitchen with all appliances. Good neighborhood location for walking around, and close to expressways for longer trips. Our hosts provided the extra welcoming touches on our arrival as well.

Spacious and clean home

The photos are accurate of this beautiful and clean home. Good location for walking to Mission, catching the BART, and plenty of ride shares in the neighborhood. Home was well stocked and lots of good information in the house binder. Cafe and convenience store are less than a block away. The only information I would add is that there are a lot of stairs in this home. We didn't have any problems but it may be important for anyone with mobility issues. Parking was also fairly easy. We were able to find a spot within a block from the house if not directly in front. Thank you for sharing your home.

Situated in Bernal Heights, the house is just steps from family-friendly Precita Park and its stylish cafe. The nearby 24th St and Mission St areas both present vibrant cultural hubs of stores, restaurants, and bars. Bernal Heights Park offers the best city views a few minutes' walk away. There's a helpful list of all our favorite places in the House Guide that we provide guests. We are convenient for all forms of transport (Bart, Muni, Caltrain, 101 & 280) and just 12 mins ride from SFO airport.
