Hello I live in Cheerful-House for over 20years. I am currently live in ground floor with separate entrances and I do not share any of the space during your visit. I can be easily reach from text. In any case of event you need my assist i can be there in reasonable time. Please book trip with actual number of guests, if you will have visitors would like to stay that will be add to your booking.

My sibling reunion couldn’t have been more enjoyable. Jerry was super communicative and attentive. Plenty of room for all of us.The location was walking distance to the beach (beautiful sunsets) and fabulous restaurants. Good parking. I would stay here again and I recommend this home.

Excellent host who was very communicative. He did come to the property daily to ensure it was clean - but stopped when we expressed discomfort with it. He provided us with recommendations for things to do in the area.

The host Jerry was great! Great communication, very kind and accommodating, and gave us wonderful suggestions for our first trip ever to San Francisco. The unit was perfect; more than we expected and had all that we needed for a family of 4. We will most definitely come back to stay, and 100% recommend!

Great location, close to so many fantastic SF sights. Jerry was easy to communicate with and helped us as needed. Parking was easy, the house had plenty of space for all 5 of us, and we all enjoyed our stay.
