PINYA - Chalet with private garden in PORT D'ALCUDIA.

Welcome in this lovely holiday house in Puerto de Alcúdia! If you love the beach and the sea, this house is the right place for you.
The house has 105 m2. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms with wardrobes and one bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and another one with a bunk bed, perfect for 2 children. We are pleased to supply fans on request.

The living room invites you to sit down on the sofa and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped: toaster, coffee machine, gas stove, fridge with freezer, cutlery, plates and much more. Furthermore, there’s a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

The front terrace has 20 m2 and it is furnished with a table and 4 chairs. Our guests love to have a coffee break here! The garden is located on the backside of the house and it is just perfect for a barbecue with friends or to bask in the sun – there are 2 sun loungers.

The location of the home is perfect because you can reach the supermarket, restaurants, shops and the bus station in a few minutes’ walk. The fine grained sand beach is very close and the crystal clear water invites you to have a nap! Families with children love this beach, because the swell is moderate.

The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.

We had a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Mallorca! Everything was great — cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The backyard was especially lovely — spacious, green, and very inviting. The hosts were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier, which we really appreciated. Our daughter absolutely loved the backyard and the toys — she didn’t want to leave! Thank you for the warm hospitality, we’d love to come back!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans la maison. L'emplacement est top, la maison est super, très agréable avec tout le confort et très propre. Il n'y a rien que nous n'ayons pas apprécié. Si ce n'est que l'usage de la climatisation soit payant. Cependant il y a des ventilateurs à disposition donc tout va bien !

La casa muy cómoda, la cocina espectacular, con montón de vajilla, ollas de varios tipos y tamaños, electrodomésticos, en fin, pudimos cocinar con facilidad como si estuviéramos en casa. El entorno es fabuloso, en un barrio muy tranquilo. La playa que queda más próxima a la casa (a 200 metros) está increíble, tranquila. Es importante saber que en verano en la isla hay mosquitos, por lo que recomendaría pagar el uso de aires acondicionados en la casa, y llevar repelente. Sin dudas es el mejor alojamiento en el que nos quedamos en nuestra estancia en Mallorca.

Ci hanno lasciato nel frigo una bottiglia d'acqua come anche sapone per i piatti e spugne e qualche rotolo di carta da gabinetto, cosa molto apprezzata per i primo giorno che arrivi dal viaggio :) I padroni si sono presentati al primo giorno per assicurarsi che andava tutto bene, molto carini. Está en una ubicación fantástica para un tramo particularmente encantador de playa. Ya nos habíamos alojado en Pinya antes y eso en sí es nuestra recomendación. Ya sabíamos que no había aire acondicionado, pero nos apañamos la última vez con la ayuda de los ventiladores portátiles. Sin embargo, no había ninguno en esta ocasión, lo que supuso que tuviéramos que comprar el nuestro. Obviamente, tuvimos que dejarlo, así que esperamos que los siguientes invitados no tengan problemas.

The property was only used for breakfast, evening shower and drink and sleeping. Otherwise we were out but everything was good. The sort of property where you're pleased when you turn up and there were no issues during our stay. The location was quiet but close to a beach, shopping and eating. Breakfast, evening drinks and snacks were always outside which was pleasant and comfortable. Three adults had a room each so no problems. The rooms aren't very big so anything other than small children sharing the twin room or bunks could be a bit tight but manageable.
