Triana Terrace. 1-bedroom, roof-top terrace
One-bedroom apartment with a private roof terrace, located in the traditional Triana quarter. The terrace provides wonderful views of the Maestranza Theatre, Golden tower and Giralda. All main monuments and sights are within walking distance.
The living area features a dining table with chairs, sofa and TV. Adjacent, with a separate entrance, is the well equipped kitchen - which on the side of the living area features a breakfast bar and bar stools.
Beyond the kitchen is the bathroom with shower and the bedroom with double bed (140 x 200cm), wardrobe and a window facing a quiet patio.
The access to the private roof-terrace is from the communal staircase of the building (NOT from the apartment itself). Terrace equipped with outdoor seating, two deck chairs and a canopy for the hot summer days. The terrace has partial views of the Maestranza Theatre and the Giralda tower.
The apartment is located by the picturesque calle Betis, an ideal spot for sightseeing with wonderful river views.
The Triana quarter is popular both by day and night, with bars and many traditional restaurants. All of the major monuments are within walking distance. The city centre is a 10 minute walk away, just across the Triana bridge.
LATE CHECK-IN
Arrivals from 9pm: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival)
