Refurbished 3 bedroom 3 bathroom property within 3 minutes walk to Villamartin Plaza. Communal pool and beautiful views in a quiet location with the benefit of being close to all amenities. Come and stay in a home from home with everything provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house is in a quiet area with pool and gardens but with the advantage of 3 minutes walking distance to the Villamartin Plaza with restaurants and bars for your convenience and entertainment. The nearest beach is La Zenia which is 2 miles away. The Boulevard shopping centre is 2 miles away with over 200+ shops and boast being the largest in the Alicante region.

Excellent property
This property was excellent! Very clean and tidy. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms/shower rooms. Any questions I had in booking process and whilst staying at the property were very quickly answered by the host. Would definitely stay there again

Everything you need in one place
The space and location of this property were spot on. There wasn't anything we needed to take as everything was supplied by host. We had a fabulous holiday and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely property
The property was perfect in size for what we needed. Having the 3 terraces was great. We did make the error of going to the pool to the front of property. However, the one behind the properties at the rear is for the accommodation. This one is bigger cleaner and warmer. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in there. Unfortunately arriving on Sunday we found the only supermarket closed. If we were made aware of this then it would have given us the chance to take a few essentials. All in all we had a very enjoyable time. Thank you Nicola x

Unfortunately it's difficult to keep track of their opening hours as they seem to be constantly changing. I will however make a note for future guests on the website to be aware of Sunday closing. A great 2 weeks
Having stayed in this area for many years we knew what to expect from the local bars, restaurants etc. The house is spacious with a pleasant front balcony. Stairs leading to the upper solarium and 3rd bedroom are external to the front door. Weather was extremely hot with average temperatures in excess of 38 degrees so the air conditioning was a welcome extra. Good kitchen facilities and excellent WiFi. Bathrooms and showers were to a nice, clean standard. Access to the rear of the property through a downstairs bedroom led to a gravelled rear with table, chairs, parasol and BBQ. Communication with the host was excellent with immediate responses. Area was quiet and perfect base for a good rest. Would book again.

Relaxing family break away!
We didn't really know what to expect, having never stayed in this area before but it was a lovely property!
I read all the reviews beforehand and lucky for us we did as the pool at the front was not our pool...the one at the back was bigger and much nicer. We had it to ourselves most days (nice for us but the girls would probably have appreciated other kids their age to chat to).
Very residential feel, homely apartment, friendly expats around and the place has incredible views! We took countless photos!
Highly recommend for a restful break. Would advise booking a car or trying the tours that leave from the plaza. We found out about these on our last day from a restaurant owner but it would have broken up the week nicely if we'd known.
Top tips- to get to La Zenia or Play Flamenca beach you need the bus that departs on the same side as the plaza. It will take about ten mins and costs 6 euros (ISH). Timetable is online or printed on the bus stop
Fave restaurants were 'oh my cod' (fab set menu) and the tavern. da Vinci's was nice too.
There is a new (as of mid August) supermarket (Full Mart) at the Plaza which is handy for water and supplies. The souvenir type shop opposite the plaza sells everything from insoles to suitcases, to novelty gifts ,😜
It's a five min walk to the plaza but coming back up the hill to the property, especially in the heat, is tough going sometimes.
Aircon in the apartment is fab!

Parfait
Petite maison très bien équipée, parfaitement située, au calme. Accès à la piscine de la résidence juste à côté, petite terrasse privative, à 10mn de la plage, du centre commercial. Très pratique !

Location au top
Tres belle location avec son studio a l etage (chambre et salle de bain) indépendant pour ma fille et mon beau fils . Location conforme a la description et le propriétaire Nicola est a l ecoute pour repondre rapidement aux questions. Je vous la recommande et je reviendrai sans hésitation.

Fabulous place
Stayed at his house May 22. Fantastic property with all the amenities you could want...a real home from home. The house was clean and tidy and it was a great bonus to have towels and hair dryers on arrival. We made good use of the sun loungers and the pool was fantastic. Great evenings on the veranda and a short walk to the Villamartin Plaza where restaurants and amenities were plentiful. Short distance to the beach and enjoyed a fantastic stay.
The host was friendly and answered our questions promptly.

Casa sucia y habitación horrible
La casa sin limpiar cuando llegamos papeleras de baño llenas y oxidadas , se salía el agua de las duchas, la habitación de arriba no tiene puerta de entrada es una ventana, calurosa y entraba la luz por las ventanas, carecía de ventanas , faltaban dos mesillas en una habitación, luces de mesilla en el suelo . Patio con mobiliario viejo y sin cojines, te clavabas Astillas y jacussi de la foto no funciona . Nevera con comida de los anteriores propietarios, no volvería jamás , no me fui cuando llegue porque estaba todo alquilado y pagado

Thank you for your feedback but we feel we must dispute most of what you have stated. You complained about the house not being cleaned because there was a " splash" of food on the rubber seal of the fridge. The upstairs room has a locking door...its just that you could not work out how to use the keys!....The room has 3 opening windows all fitted with blackout blinds and a brand new air con unit....so Im not sure why you state it was "hot:. The jacuzzi as stated in the advert is not for guest use and remains emptied for health and safety reasons. You complained within hours of arriving and an on site cleaner/manager came to your assistance within hours. The "problem" with the fridge was attended to within 5 minutes and you stated you were completely satisfied with everything so Im not sure why you feel the need to leave such a poor review.

Great little place.
Tidy little place as described. In good decorative state, clean and well equipped, great air con in all bedrooms and living area. High speed Internet, was testing at 80mb up and down.
Pool short walk away was very nice, and pretty quite considering it was peak summer holidays. Lots of the time we were the only people there.
Owner (Nicola) was quick to respond after booking and really helpful and friendly every time I made contact. Really quick response time too, including whilst away.
Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment in great location
Just returned from Villamartin after spending a wonderful week with my family in Nicola'a apartment, Everything was lovely and clean and the apartment was very spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms, a large lounge/kitchen and 3 bathrooms each with shower. The property is very well appointed and as a bonus lots of Bath and beach towels were provided. The solarium had really comfortable loungers and chairs and was a beautiful meeting point at night under the stars.
There is a lovely pool just metres up the road which we used every day. There is no need for a car as Villemartin Plaza with a variety of reasonably priced restaurants, bars and a well stocked supermarket is just 5 minutes walk away. Nicola is very attentive and always replies immedistely to any questions prior to and during the holiday. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in a quiet resort in Murcia,, slightly inland but with easy reach of the beach if you wish to go further afield.

Lovely secluded villa
We were very happy with this villa. It was clean and spacious and a bonus because there were just two of us. The air con was extremely efficient. The decor is cool and attractive. Bathrooms are modernised to a high standard. The kitchen is very well equipped and the outside terraces are lovely with views out to sea.
We were very well looked after by the lady that did our airport transfers and is on call to answer any questions. The owners responded quickly to any queries too. The pool allocated to this Villa is lovely and secluded. The Plaza restaurant area and supermarket are easy to walk to but for older people like us the walk back is uphill so can be a bit tiring - so maybe a car would be advisable - as the owners suggest. We stayed at the beginning of the school holiday season so if we went again we would avoid this time as there was a lot of noise from a Spanish family in a big Villa over the road at times. Otherwise a lovely peaceful Villa
