朝のコーヒーや夜のワインを楽しんだり、街を散策したりするのに最適な、上映されたフロントポーチから入ることができます。 最初の階には何人かの料理人が一緒に食事を作ることができる夢のようなフルキッチンを含む主な居住エリアがあります。 秋と冬の夜には、薪暖炉があります。 クイーンゲストルームは、改装された専用バス��ーム（シャワーのみ）でメインレベルを完成させ、リビングルームからもゲストがアクセス可能です。

上階にはキングサイズベッド1台、メイ���のリビングスペースを見渡す屋内バルコニー、そして木の家のように感じられる静かな玄関に続くフ���ンチドアが備わる最高の隠れ��です。 湾が活気に満ちているときそこから上にあなたは波を聞くことができます。

2番目の客室も2つのツインベッド、もう1つの屋内バルコニー、そしてあなたを笑顔にする芸術がある2階です。 両方のベッドルームは別の改造されたフルバス（シャワーのみ）を共有しています。

ラップアラウンドシート、バーベキューグリル、屋外シャワーを備えたバックポーチでは、シェルステーションに滞在しながら、内外を問わずに暮らすビーチを楽しむことができます。 Pensacola Streetに位置するShell Stationからは、ペリカンで覆われたPensacola Pavilionを介してビーチへアクセスできます。

Perfect location...short walk to beach and town.

Perfect location...short walk to the beach and town. Cute house. Kitchen is not the best layout, but we did not cook muc—only breakfast and snacks. Our teen kids lived the walk to town and easy beach access. Food trucks and restaurants just steps away. Great running trails and nearby shopping.

Great beach house!

Very nice property with plenty of amenities. Really enjoyed having the outside shower (that was a plus after spending time at the beach). Super easy walk to the beach... would have been nice to have some beach toys / boogie boards / chairs / umbrellas available (did not know that the beach chairs were so expensive to rent!). Overall, a nice property which was great for a family of 6.

Perfect getaway house

This house has great access to the beach and to the square in seaside. Super cute and had just about everything we needed. Tv's in bedrooms would be nice and maybe some new pillows in the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise, it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and would come back, but would stay away in March still too chilly and spring breakers were a bit much! The porch furniture could stand to be changed out with newer furniture, but loved the proximity to beach and town. Loved being able to walk/ride bikes pretty much everywhere!

Seaside is a few minutes walk and our kids could walk over for ice cream and shopping without us having to move the car. The house itself is wonderfully decorated and instantly puts you in a beachy vibe. The beds were comfortable. Homeowners Collection was wonderful to work with and made arrival super easy for us. We hope to stay at Shell Station again soon!

Shell Station Sprung Break April 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Homeowner’s Collection was wonderful in every way from beginning to end!Our choice of Shell Station lacked a couple of things we missed greatly. No closets in bedrooms, no TV’s in bedrooms other than master. The master had to share a bathroom with the bunk room, which was not ideal due to size and shortage of towels. We loved the porches, the design, and the location. The master bed requires steps because it is on a platforms allowing it to have storage beneath the bed. Our biggest complaint came from the unruly teenagers who ruled the community! Stores had to limit hours and the entire community was under an eight pm curfew with businesses closed by seven except restaurants. The streets were locked with chains making travel challenging! Seaside is an awesome community and these unruly teens are locals and visitors who have no supervision! It is tragic and hard for the families who don’t want to hear bad language and underage drinking all hours. Once again Shell Station was beautiful, super cute with great location. It just did not work well for our family. I would recommend Homeowner’s Collection but U would ask more questions and make sure I was getting the best house for our family needs!

Wonderful visit to Seaside!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Shell Station. The property is clean and well maintained, and the living space is wonderful for a group, especially with small kids. The location can't be beat - less than a block to the beach pavilion and two blocks to the town center. Worth noting that the oven is not full size, as you're meal planning for your trip, and that things like salt, pepper, oil are not provided. Not at all an issue, but do include them on your shopping list! Beds were very comfortable (note: master requires a step stool as it is set over storage drawers), and rooms were surprisingly soundproofed, considering they all open to the main living space. We would definitely stay here again.

Shell Station

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely cottage in a great location , just a few blocks from the beach and the center of Seaside. Homeowners Collection was great to rent through. The cottage was ready early , super clean and I was contacted several times via text , to see if I needed anything.

Great place but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great. We had 8 people (4 teens and 4 adults). Only a few houses from the beach so it was a great location because it was far away from 30A that you didn't hear the "thumpers" driving by. It was large enough for all 8 of us but we could not all sit at the same table since it only seats six so two of us had to sit at the bar. The property manager called us on our way down there to tell us the previous renters had broken a window so it would be boarded up and we appreciated the heads up.A few things that were a little disappointing:1. They only give you enough dishwasher tabs and toilet paper for two days and we were told we we had to purchase our own. I have never rented a house where that happens as necessities are always supplied for the entire stay. Laundry detergent, absolutely you should have to purchase if you need to wash things, but toilet paper and dishwasher tabs are basic needs. They give you a cooler bag, a bottle of wine (we don't drink) and two beach towels, which is nice, but I would have rather been supplied the basic needs like toilet paper and dishwasher tabs instead. The bag we threw away because it ripped the first time we put anything in it so I am not sure it is worth their money.2. The house also came with two bike rentals which was very nice and we were super excited about BUT unfortunately the bike rental place neglected to tell us that bikes are stolen frequently down there and to ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE BIKES ARE LOCKED UP. Needless to say, ours were stolen and not only did we spend about 8 man hours looking in every nook and cranny from Seaside to Watercolor for them and never found them but now we are going to have to pay $600 to replace them. We were under the impression that Seaside was a nice place and didn't think we were in a high crime area. This had nothing to do with the house, just Seaside in general. This was our first and last time to stay in Seaside as the stolen bikes ruined our vacati

Thank you for taking the time to provide this review. I'm very sorry that you were told by someone on our team we could not provide more toilet paper and dishwasher tabs. While in my experience, Vacation Rentals do typically only supply starter amenities, our team should know that if a guest requests items we always deliver them. I will make sure we send this message. I hate to hear anyone ever say that they will not return to Seaside. It is not a high crime area. But, we do have a lot of Spring Breakers from mid March to mid April. And, unfortunately some kids seem to find this behavior entertaining. I will be in touch off line and hope to regain your interest in our community.

Another Great Seaside Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shell station on Pensacola was another home run seaside property! Our party of six included for senior high school boys and the bunk room was perfect. We had room to spare. Kitchen as well appointed the gathering room was ideal (large flat screen, DVD player, Onkyo surround sound) and the dining area seated 6 easily. A brand new charcoal grill and convection oven made our home cooked meal of Grilled Veggies, Grilled Red Snapper / Bourbon Glazed Grilled Salmon, oven-fried Parmesan smashed potatoes EASY!! 6 houses from the Pensacola Pavilion two minutes to the town plaza and five minute walk to the fitness center made “Shell Station “ an ideal location.Coaches and Bedding was very comfortable, linens, towels and bathrooms were just right and the two large screened porches made for comfy hangouts in the morning and evening. My only critique was the price. The Covid surcharge for cleaning and other hidden fees are really frustrating but I guess that’s the way things are these days.
