In the hills of Bologna, in Monte San Pietro, 20 km from the city, we have an apartment of approximately 80 square meters, an annex of the B&B Casa Sassolo 1713.

Surrounded by greenery, offering complete tranquility, and close to the cities of Bologna and Modena—just 25 minutes from the Bologna Fairgrounds and about 20 minutes from G. Marconi Airport

The apartment is spread over two floors and features three bedrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa, two bathrooms, and a kitchen—ideal for 4–6 people. For small children, we can provide a crib and a high chair.

Fully furnished, with a kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as a dishwasher and dishes; bathrooms feature a shower or tub, sink, bidet, and toilet; air conditioning; digital terrestrial TV; and free Wi-Fi available.

You can relax in the spacious garden shared with the B&B.

Upon arrival, you’ll find our welcome pack with mineral water, tea and herbal teas, coffee, and sugar.
Minimum stay of 2 nights; utilities, bed linens, and towels are included in the price.
