Brand new, newly renovated (2021) with quality materials, respecting the linneas for the respect of the environment, the apartment is located on the second floor of in a very quiet condominium about 100 meters from the center. Following the street in about 5 minutes you can find yourself directly in the heart of the city. About 100 meters from our facility you can find parking in the free spaces without the need to pay. The accommodation, as mentioned above has been renovated with the ambinte in mind for a more sustainable future, is equipped with Daikin class A+ heating and air conditioning, Neff induction cooktop, class A+ heat pump water heater, high thermal and acoustic insulation windows. Finally, it is equipped with 3 satellite TVs (Samsung one in each room 32" and one in the kitchen 40") with USB input, including two smart TVs, connected to the network, where you can watch the most common apps such as Netflix, YouTube, Infinity, Tim vision etc. As mentioned, it consists of 2 rooms, one large and one small, and air-conditioned kitchen and bathroom with large shower. All apartments are equipped with Wifi with TIM 200 Mbps fiber. The kitchen has a kitchenette with standard electric oven, microwave oven, and toaster. In the dwelling you can also find iron and ironing board, fans, sheets, blankets, towels, hair dryer, soap, shower gel, dishes, and everything you need for your stay. As mentioned above, the proximity to the village and the possibility of parking without having to put the car in the various paid parking lots make it very convenient, from here you can easily reach all the most important places in Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Montecatini Terme, Volterra, etc.. The bus stop to the main Tuscan localities is only a few dozen meters away.
The historic center is about 100 meters away, and in a few minutes' walk you can reach the center of the town. Still 100 meters away you can park for free in free spaces. The location of San Gimignano means that you can reach the most important Tuscan localities easily, in about 30 minutes you can reach Siena and Volterra, about 45 minutes Florence, 1 hour Pisa.
