Perfect spot

Spacious and very comfortable. Fantastic location with lots of close eating options. Perfect central location for walking. Host was super accommodating providing lots of helpful information. Would stay here again.

Highly recommend

This is a wonderful apartment for a visit to Lisbon. Short walk (6 min) to the metro or bus. Slightly longer walk (10 min) to many sites. Quiet neighborhood. Joao was very helpful. No negatives for us.

Ótima estadia em Lisboa

Tive uma estadia ótima no apartamento do João, o imóvel é exatamente como descrito e apresentado nas fotos, localização ótima para fazer passeios caminhando, acesso a estação de Trem Rossio a poucos minutos caminhando. Recomendo o imóvel para 3 pessoas, ficam acomodadas confortavelmente.

Shabby. Another IKEA’special’ yuk !! Mildew in bathroom,slow drain in shower!!Outside furniture used as living room furniture. Dirty sofa cover,dirty kitchen pans . Full vacuum bag therefore unable to do any for my own sense of cleanliness. Details to wear and tear needed. Noisy construction across the street and neighbourhood. Owner complained how difficult owning 3 Apartments is !!! Give me a BREAK I paid you

Fantastic place to stay

We highly recommend this apartment. Very nice apartment, great location and brilliant and attentive hosts. Check in was very easy even though we arrived about 10 in the evening. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished and in a great location. Very convenient for all the sites as well as restaurants and local shops. We hope to be able to visit again in the future.

Excellent Principe Real Location

The apartment is sunny and bright; very clean and nicely furnished. The owner was super responsive when we could not operate the washer. He came immediately. He also made great recommendations for local restaurants. We very much enjoyed our week’s stay.

Wonderful stay!!

We loved the apartment and the neighbourhood it is in. As described we enjoyed a comfortable stay and our Host was so helpful with his recommendations and assistance. Parking was easy to find and use, it was pretty quiet, the a/c was a blessing, and we will definitely be back! Living like locals was our hope and he exceeded that for us!

Apartment in Lisbon

Staying in this property was everything as described. It was a perfect location, cute apartment and wonderful landlord. When I questioned about the shutters Joao came over and immediately showed me (again) how to operate.A better apartment doesn’t exist for me! I’ll be returning here again

Conforto e linda vista

O apartamento é todo novinho, confortável e bem localizado. A sala tem um janelão de onde se vê o lindo céu de Lisboa. Ideal para pessoas sozinhas ou casais. João foi um ótimo anfitrião, sempre gentil e prestativo com informações, ajuda, etc.

A Choice Spot

The Rua da Mae de Agua apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, with grocery stores, restaurants, a park, and some of the major tourist sites within walking distance. Be sure to have comfortable walking shoes to negotiate the cobblestoned, hilly streets. It was so nice to have air-conditioning. The owner, Joao, is very friendly, and available for assistance if needed. His gift of a bottle of vino verde was a nice touch. We would stay at this place again.

Idéal pour visiter Lisbonne, excellente situation 5 mm du métro. Très bonnes prestations. À faire absolument, restaurant "La buvette" au pied de l'immeuble. Joáo parle bien français et fourni toute les informations nécessaires pour profiter du séjour.

Sitio inmejorable, con todo lo necesario.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, a un paso de la Baixa, el Barrio Alto, el Chiado, etc. Es muy cómodo y está estupendamente equipado. Sin duda, lo recomendamos.

Appartamento bello e confortevole, in una posizione strategica!

L'appartamento è molto carino e ben curato, oltre che silenzioso e strategicamente collocato tra il Barrio Alto (quartiere della movida di Lisbona) e Praca do Commercio (distante 10/15 minuti a piedi). Il proprietario è estremamente gentle e discreto, ci ha anche accolto con vino e biscotti :). Consiglio questo appartamento sopratutto se siete una giovane coppia che vuole sia relax che divertimento!!

It was a nice apartment and was close to the metro. The owner gave us good walking directions from the metro to the apartment. It was nicely furnished and comfortable for our stay. There was lots of street noise in the neighborhood. Seems people like to party very late in the area.

Even nicer then the photos, with a very comfortable bed and lots of hot water. Great location, with easy access to every thing. En positif : Bon accueil, appartement très propre, bien placé. En négatif : Un ventilateur dans chaque pièce aurait été bienvenu pour un appartement sous les toits et dans une ville comme Lisbonne, les nuits ont été difficiles. Je recommande cet appart mais pas en plein été. Merci encore pour l'accueil.

Isabel nous a accueilli dans cet appartement très joliment décoré, très propre et fonctionnel. le vinho verde et les bolachas étaient une délicate attention. Elle nous a fourni, en français, des renseignements sur les déplacements, les commerces à proximité et elle nous a laissé une documentation importante sur les différents sites à visiter. Nous étions au calme, aussi bien dans l'immeuble que dans la rue en impasse donc sans passage de voitures Nous étions tout près d'une station de métro et avons pu nous déplacer sans utiliser notre voiture. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Lisbonne et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la location que nous recommandons vivement.
