This apartment was perfect for my stay in Lisbon. Clean, in a perfect location, on the top floor of the building with an elevator. Quiet neighbors. Comfortable beds. Thank you for allowing me to stay here, Sérgio! I’d stay here again in a future Lisbon trip.

Everything went very smoothly with check in and Sergio was a great host. The property had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom as well as guides and resources. The closet was huge and there were lots of hangers, which was really nice. The location was excellent being close to restaurants and supermarkets, the weather, not so much. But umbrellas were there to help with that too!

On est dans l'appartement comme à la maison (même le placard d'épicerie contient des produits de base qui permettent de pouvoir cuisiner sans avoir à racheter des choses basiques comme du sel, de l'huile, etc. ce qui est fort appréciable !). Il est extrêmement bien équipé (vaissselle, literie, produits ménagers, produits d'hygiène, trousse de secours, appareils électroménagers, ...). Le bruit du mécanisme de l'ascenseur ne nous a pas dérangés pendant le séjour. Le logement est très bien placé (à 5 min à pied de la Praça do Comércio et 2min de la via Augusta). Tout est très bien pensé dans la location, pour faciliter le séjour des occupants. Si l'occasion se présente, nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Exceptional Property in the Heart of Lisbon. 10/10!All aspects of this unit met or exceeded our expectations: cleanliness, convenience, location, communication and support from host, etc. etc. We stayed for 1 month and didn't need to buy ANY daily necessities! The unit is completely well stocked with everything you think you may possibly need, and he overstocks with things like towels and bedsheets just in case. The unit is on a flat area of historic Lisbon, and has an elevator to the 4th floor so you only need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the unit. Tons of restaurants and attractions within walking distance... Just a perfect unit all around! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun stay in Lisbon, especially if you are planning a longer stay.

Perfect location

Great host met us to show us the apartment. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Lisbon. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and tour buses close by. Highly recommended. We would stay here again.

Great Holiday week in Lisboa

This apartment is very well equiped with everything you need and the location is right in the middle of Lisboa. The owner is very friendly and accommodates extra wishes like late check-in without additional charges. All you need to a trouble free holiday !

Great Location

The apartment is as described and it was extremely clean. The elevator to the 4th floor was a great bonus. The area was perfect to explore Lisbon, no hills involved because it was in the Baixa area of the city. Sergio was very accommodating after our flight was changed to a very late arrival in to Lisbon, he met us at the apartment late into the night and gave us the whole run down of the property. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay there again if we ever return to Lisbon

Perfect location

We could not have asked for a better location from which to explore Lisbon. It is close to everything and far exceeded our expectations. Sergio’s apartment was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and he was always available should we have questions. We appreciated his warm welcome and advice both before and on our arrival. We stayed at the apartment for a month and will definitely consider it for future stays.

Our stay marked the very first time that we rented an apartment instead of opting for a hotel and we could not have been more satisfied with the choice. Our host Sergio was a true gentleman who made this transition of this accommodation type very easy and stress-free for us. Although the apartment is located on a street (Rua) that is closed to vehicles (since 11/23), Sergio gave precise directions on where to be dropped off nearby to access the building (about a 45 second walk). The loft apartment is located in a perfect location in the heart of the city. The elevator only went to the 4th floor, requiring the climbing of one flight of stairs. This was no problem for us and when we arrived, Sergio and another gentleman nicely brought our luggage up to our door. The apartment conveniently had everything that we could possibly want and after a very short time....felt like home. Also, there is a mini supermarket one minute away that has all the basics and more. The Baixa/Chiado Metro station is about a 3-5 minute walk away. When we come back to Lisbon, I hope this apartment is available. Apartamento maravilhoso....Obrigado!

This was the perfect spot for our group to stay while exploring! The apartment was well equipped, the host very approachable and we loved the character and location!! We would definitely book this location again!

Très bon emplacement ...

Gros coup de cœur pour Lisbonne et très bon emplacement du logis. Il est vraiment central, proche du métro et de la place du commerce. L’appartement n’est cependant pas fait pour 2 amies qui ne souhaitent pas dormir dans le même lit. Il y a un grand lit 2 places dans la chambre mais le canapé-lit du salon est tout petit en longueur et très inconfortable. Comme dit dans l’annonce, pas l’ascenseur jusqu’au 5e étage, aucun soucis mais en fait le mécanisme de l’ascenseur est à cet étage, donc à chaque fois que les gens l’utilisent, cela fait un boucan infernal. L’hôte Sergio a été sympathique jusqu’au départ, où il y a eu confusion de notre part, pour sortir les poubelles la veille sur le trottoir. Donc au ckeck out à 12h, nous ne voulions pas laisser les 2 petites poubelles sur le trottoir donc nous les avons laissé dans le hall d’entrée à côté des nombreux vélos et poussettes, en prévenant du contretemps et cela ne lui a pas plu « Imaginez que le jour de votre check in, vous arrivez et qu’il y ait des détritus dans le bâtiment, vous n’aimeriez certainement pas les voir. Mes voisins n’ont pas à souffrir de mes déchets». Sur le palier du 5e étage, c’est la foire, les voisins, qui ont 3 enfants qui courent et hurlent à longueur de temps, laissent valises, chaussures, chaussettes, jeu, vélo, poubelles, vestes, casques …. Nous ne regrettons en rien notre séjour dans ce logis, que nous avons nettoyé avant de partir, mais il convient à 1 couple qui pensera aux boules quies. Merci

Best location ever

Quaint little apartment on 5 th floor - like a loft apt. Centrally located right in the middle of all the action - two blocks away from Praça Comércio . Our host met us and showed us how everything worked in the apt. Best equiped and stocked apt we have rented in years. Only issue is rua Prata is closed to traffic so taxi and buses cannot enter which means carrying luggage a couple of blocks. Thanks

Great Host, Great Location

Sergio was excellent and was most helpful in answering my questions regarding local attractions, etc. Also, I had 'lost' the keys to the apartment (eventually they were found) and I called Sergio. He was on the train on his way home for the day and he got off the train to return to let me in the apartment. Very considerate and I was so very thankful. Location was in the heart of the old town center and close to so many attractions.
