Great location for us. We looked for something for a traveler with a bad knee and easy for our Grandson too. Steps away from pool area. Access to beach with a short boardwalk. Condo was clean beds comfortable. Great area beach not overcrowded here. Host was available for any questions.

We absolutely had the best time! Don’t waste your time taking your own chairs/ tent. You can rent and they set up and take down. The pool was also fabulous and you can see the ocean from the pool area. Property is clean and in an excellent location. The hosts were amazing and quick to respond. The salty pearl is a MUST!

Solo traveler. I found this condo, on a whim, after a life changing moment. I needed to find a place to go that I could decompress for several days. CONS: The girl at check-in was surprisingly not helpful at all, so unloading the car was quite the chore. The next day other staff told me how better to access the condo, and they were amazing. I also had to do a hard reboot of the TV every day as it would get stuck in a loop. The condo had an awesome outside area, however I did not anticipate that the close proximity to the pool meant while sitting outside quietly reading, I heard every conversation being had at very loud volume...So just be aware of that. PROS: This was a beautiful place to stay, clean, the bed was awesome, kitchen was perfect, had everything you could need, and view and access to the beach unbelievable.

This condo is in an excellent location—just steps from two pools and a hot tub, with a boardwalk right beyond that leads directly to the beach. It made our stay incredibly convenient since we didn’t have to carry all our beach gear far, and it was easy to walk back to the condo for lunch or breaks.We especially appreciated how uncrowded the beach was, which made for a much more relaxing experience. The guest services team on the beach was also a great bonus, helping with chair rentals and keeping the area clean.Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely recommend this property!

this property was great, the owner was attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed their home. we have stayed at this establishment in different rooms several times. we like the fact it has two pools and is oceanfront.

Condo worked perfectly for us. We enjoyed how close we were to the pool and beach. Management company was great to work with as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at this property. The weather didn't cooperate, but the unit was clean, worked for my family and the pool/beach were great. Will return!

The condo location was excellent. The lower-level unit has a clear view of the beach and pools. The room was generally unclean. This was especially true of the floor and carpet in the living room. The rug was smelly. There were no instructions for the TV. There were four remotes, which was very confusing; as a result, the TV was inaccessible. The patio door (Exit to the pools and beach) was jammed shut and completely inoperable. We reported the issue to the host; however, the maintenance team did not respond during our stay. The housekeeping team responded to the host with incorrect information, stating the door was hard to open. This was not the case. The door was completely jammed and inoperable, forcing us to exit to the patio through the master bedroom. This was very inconvenient, as there were two couples in our party. There is not enough parking, especially for guests with disabilities. We were issued one on-site parking pass; however, in the evening, there was often not enough parking, and we had no choice but to park across the road. The beds were clean and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer available was a plus.The beach and the pools were wonderful; clean and easily accessible. The beach chair team was the best!!! They were very attentive. The chairs and umbrella rentals were reasonably priced and set up daily during the appropriate time frame, in line with a clear view of the beach.

Family getaway

The property was just as pictured. It had everything we needed. The location to the pool and the beach was perfect. We were just a few steps down and ready to enjoy the views.

Perdido Sun boasts 300 feet of beachfront access and even has negotiated a beach service right at the foot of the resort grounds to be utilized at your discretion (fee applies).
