Our family of four adults plus one dog really enjoyed our stay! Quiet location away from bustling commercial district. Condo was so roomy. Being a corner unit offered great light. Pet walking area was convenient. Hughly recommend!

Excellent location gorgeous view!

Beautiful property! Lots of space providing privacy for large groups. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent gathering space for families or get togethers.

Arrival was stressful. Arrived at 7.30pm and condo code did not work. Difficult to call at that hour. Thankfully neighbor helped us and code was recoded.

White sands... Beautiful Views

We had a great time. The space was perfect with extra room. Enjoyed the views, the property was well maintained, and the unit was very up to date. Would stay here again.

Regency Towers

We had a great time on vacation here. Our condo was incredible and had everything we needed and more. Tubs and showers could use a better cleaning but overall the rest of the place was very clean. The views all around were amazing and the condo was very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers. Would love to return in the future.

Wonderful long weekend

Our stay at 808W was a great place for a long weekend with the kids. Beautiful view of the gulf and the bay from the 8th floor, with easy access to the beach. Great kitchen and dining space. Comfortable living and sleeping arrangement for six of us. Bring your own pillows. Rental staff and complex staff very friendly and helpful. Absolutely would stay here again.

Very Nice Property

Loved this condo. Fit 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Had extra toys and chairs for the beach in the closet. Condo is gorgeous and close to beach and pool. Slight fish smell out the back door and lobby but other than that great experience. We will definitely come back. Also its close to everything a little bit further down the strip but not terrible.

Great view and a good place for family reunion

We enjoyed our stay at 808 west. Our family loves to do lots of cooking so we found the kitchen worked well. There were a few basics that the condo did not provide ( garbage bags and a hair dryer and coffee filters). The management team was also helpful with questions. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and have almost always been lucky to find nice places to stay. If we return to Pensacola Beach, we will probably choose a house over a condo because we would rather be closer to the beach but that is just our personal preference.

Very clean and nice!

We did have some trouble getting in the first day because of a low battery in the door lock keypad. It was taken care of by the next morning. The entire condo was very nice and the kitchen was unexpectedly well stocked with various kitchen appliances including an air fryer, Toaster oven, and lots more. One complaint was the couch was not very comfortable. It was very well used and was hard to sit four people on it comfortably because of the low back and worn cushions. There was also a light in our bathroom that flickered that was kind of annoying but other than that everything was very nice. It’s comfortable And the view are spectacular!

The condo was great but the property was horrible. One of my most horrible experiences on the beach.

I have no complaints about the condo. It was nice, had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids and had a nicely stocked kitchen. The condo itself was fantastic. The Regency Towers property however, was horrible. I had my wallet stolen, my husband's expensive flip flops were stolen, our float was stolen out of the lobby, our truck was vandalized, the full time residents were incredibly rude the grounds keeper screamed at everyone in the pool area for imagined infractions and there was only one working elevator for the west tower. One elevator for 64 rooms. I have stayed up and down Perdido and Pensacola Beach for the past 10 years, I stay at the beach 2 - 3 times a year and I have never had this horrible of an experience. This is one property that I will never stay at again.

Wonderful experience

Very nice property. Only concern was that children were able to open balcony door because it didn’t lock. We bought a child safe gate for extra protection. We left it for future renters to use. Perfect location, pool was perfect, overall just wonderful!!

The place was everything that was advertised!

It was wonderful stocked with all appliances big and small needed. Everything was first rate!! I would stay here again!!!! Perfect vacation with my family

Love it! I especially love that no keys are required. Comfortable, clean, and roomy! Great view! It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit! Didn’t need to bring nearly as much as we did because of the access! Would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT Condo for Girls' Weekend!

This condo was amazing!!! Beautiful view, updated amenities, and made us feel right at home. Many basic necessities were provided, and the beach was down the stairs and right out the back door. This condo was close enough to everything without being in the center of the action, so it was quiet and comfortable but still convenient. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!! The management company was also very nice and communicated well. :)
