Thanks for staying with us at this property and for providing us with this review. We truly appreciate the feedback as this will allow us to address what was found unsatisfactory during the stay. We would have loved if you brought the issue of the hangers and kitchen utensils/ galssware and cookware to our attention while here as our team could have delivered some to the unit. Regarding the toilet paper and kitchen paper towels, please note that the ones we provided are only apart of the starter kit and not meant to last for the duration of the stay. Your remarks regarding the furniture have also been passed along to the proper parties. We will be making the necessary checks and changes. Please know that guest satisfaction is our priotity and we do apologize for letting you down in the areas of cleanliness and property condition. We of course always hope that anyone that stays with us, enjoys their time and we are sad to see that this might not have been the case for you. We are also sad to hear that your wife was injured during her stay. Although it was something that was not tied to Benchmark Management, we send our regards. As a few of the things you mentioned in your review were out of our hands, we do acknowledge the things that were under our control. Every unit is supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and trash bags are supposed to be provided. We do apologize if that was not the case. If upon your arrival, you are ever unsatisfied with the condition of your unit, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our office as soon as possible so that we may have a chance to rectify any of those issues for you.
