I love this neighborhood because it is so serene and peaceful, 1 minute walk to an uncrowded beach access, while still being walkable and bike-able to some of the best dining in 30A. It's the best of both worlds!

The location I think is ideal as a base to explore and adventure the Emerald Coast, and the value that you get from the studio cannot be beat. It's truly perfect for couples, small families, or a small group of friends!
