The apartment is very well thought-out & equipped, with plenty of space for 2 people & thoughtful extras like washing liquid , condiments & beach towels & parasols. Many options in town for dining, but a fair walk away (c 20 mins).

The place is truly beautiful and hosted by the incredibly nice guy José. If anything is missing (which is very unlikely), just call him and you‘ll get it. It's incredible how well equipped the flat is. It is absolutely charming, the rooftop is an amazing place for sitting and relaxing and enjoying life. We had the best time there and surely will come back.

Schönes, modernes Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem modern sanierten und eingerichteten Stadthaus. Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat sich extrem lieb und hilfsbereit um uns gekümmert, alles erklärt und war sofort da, als das Warmwasser nicht funktionierte und hat es direkt repariert. Wir durften netterweise nach Rücksprache früher einchecken, was toll war weil unser Flug sehr früh kam Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und super ausgestattet, das Wlan ist schnell, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Ins "Zentrum" und ans Meer / in die Markthallen läuft man ca. 15min. Im Sommer ist das Haus sicherlich angenehm kühl, jetzt im Winter ist es nicht sehr hell, das liegt aber nicht am Haus selbst, sondern ist der Charakter dieser alten Stadthäuser - dafür gibt es eine große Dachterrasse, die wir wegen des Wetters leider kaum nutzen konnten. Uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen, einzig die fehlende Belüftung im Bad war nicht ideal, aber hat den Aufenthalt nicht eingeschränkt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wonderful modern apartment

Excellent, modernised property, with two outdoor balconies, perfect for yoga and eating/drinking. In walking distance from train station, markets and excellent restaurants.

Alliance du moderne et du typique

Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par José qui parle le français avec aisance. La maison est fonctionnelle et très propre. Les terrasses permettent de profiter de l'extérieur. La mezzanine de couchage laisse beaucoup d'espace en bas (mais l'intimité n'est pas garantie si quelqu'un couche dans le canapé)

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis in Olhão. De huiseigenaar was zeer gastvrij. Het huis was mooi schoon en van vrijwel alles wat je nodig hebt voorzien. Voorzieningen als supermarkt en het centrum met winkels en restaurantjes zijn op loopafstand te bereiken. Een klein minpuntje voor ons was dat het huis aan een redelijk drukke weg ligt, waardoor je hier wel wat geluid van hebt. Maar over het algemeen dus zeer tevreden!

Trotz unserer späten Ankunft wurde extra auf uns gewartet. Eine sehr liebe und nette Person hat uns die gesamte Wohnung gezeigt. Die Ausstattung und Ambiente waren hervorragend. Olhao hat eine schöne Strandpromenade und die Region an der Algarve sind sehr sehenswert.

Very Enjoyable Stay, Good Location Shops Close By,,,,,,Recommend!!!!

The open plan design adds to the sense of space within the property, it is well equipped with all devices easy to use with clear instructions. Outside the rooftop area is large with an equally large sun umbrella!!this works well as this area is open to sunshine most of the time. The 1st floor outside terrace is alot smaller but does provide shade if you decide to lunch outside, I would really recommend this property if your looking to stay in a less touristy area and a short distance to the airport whilst being good value. Maison très agréable, rénovée à neuf

Cette maison est parfaitement équipée, très propre, et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. L'aménagement y est très fonctionnel et les rangements nombreux. Elle est située à 800m du centre d'Olhao. José, le gérant sur place, s'exprime dans un français parfait. Il s'est montré très disponible et très aimable à l'arrivée comme au départ. C'est une très bonne adresse à recommander.
