My wife and I spent 10 days here and loved every single day of our stay. The hosts are fabulous people and very accommodating. This property is a jewel. Very clean, very comfortable, well decorated, conveniently located with every amenity desired. Quitman is a great town with plenty of good restaurants. The carport is a huge bonus. We brought a truck and a boat. Both fit perfectly out of the weather. The driveway and access was excellent. This was one of the top rental properties we have ever visited. We will return.

Fishing Lake Fork

This is a great place to stay for a quiet retreat and access to the lake. The carport with electricity for charging was great. It is as clean as you can get. Very well supplied, if it wasn’t there you probably didn’t need it. I hope to get back there for another visit..

My wife and I are retired. We built the shop apartment and the house we currently live in. We are active and love to have guest in our apartment. Our apartment is your apartment.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This Shop Apartment was built in 2004 as a home for my wife and I while we build our current home in front of the apartment/shop. Because we knew that we would be living in the apartment for about 2 years, I built it like I would be building our home. The furniture is new, the whole place is like new. We hope you will like it as much as we like it.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Within city limit, close to Subway and several restaurants, gas stations and.... 5 miles from Lake Fort Reservoir, 5 miles from Lake Quitman, 9 miles from Walmart.
