This 1925 Quivet Neck property is composed of two structures - a main house and a barn with living quarters. The gorgeous main house contains 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The first floor is composed of a full kitchen and dining area, large living room with a TV, a small bedroom with a day bed and trundle, as well as a laundry room. The second floor is composed of two large bedrooms - the master bedroom with a King bed, and a large room with 3 twins, as well as a full bath with a claw foot tub. The detached barn contains a first floor living area with a TV and a sectional couch with a pull out double bed. Upstairs contains a large bunk room composed of a bunk bed with a trundle, as well as a Queen bed, two closets, a TV, and a full bath with shower. The exterior contains a private outdoor shower, and a large front and back yard with a new gas grill and fire pit. Quivet Neck is one of the most coveted neighborhoods on the Cape, north of 6A and walking distance to both Sea Street Beach and Cold Storage Beach. No smoking or pets allowed.

We loved staying at the house. It was great and wonderful to be able to walk to the beach. Our grandsons really enjoyed the beach when it was low tide! The screened in 3-season room was our favorite place to hang out. The only criticism I have is that in the description it does not say that the bedroom with the queen bed and bunk beds is in a completely separate building. So after the grandkids went to bed in the bunk beds and the rest of us were in the house, we wouldn’t be able to hear them if there was a problem. That should have been in the description.

Great Place and Location

This was our 2nd time at this property. We like staying here very much. It has what we need and the kitchen is bright and roomy. One of our party likes to cook and he was happy with the setup. I stayed over the barn this time and although the room is meant for multiple people, it felt like my own apartment and had nice privacy. The location is wonderful--maybe 10 mins. (at most) walk to the beach. Fantastic not to have to drive there. The owner is always very responsive to any concerns or questions. Hope to spend another vacation at this property!

Always Amazing

81 Sea Street is a treasure. The home has everything you need and is so close to the beach. We have been visiting for years and when my family pulls into the driveway we all instantly relax. The owner is amazing and went out of his way to reunite my son with an item left behind. Highly recommend this special home and can’t wait for next year.

September stay in East Dennis

We really enjoyed our fall stay on Sea St. We have been coming to East Dennis for many years but this is the first time staying at this property. The house was great and very comfortable. We cooked every meal in the well appointed and spacious kitchen. The living room and bedrooms were light and airy and also very comfortable. The outdoor shower was perfect. Having the added bedroom and bathroom in the barn was a nice bonus. The location is great for easy access to the beach. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, especially during the tropical storm.

Cape Cod 2023 Trip

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at 81 Sea Street. The house was clean, outdoor shower was wonderful and bonus that linens were provided. The proximity to Sea Street Beach was more than ideal. Bill was very responsive with all communication. The small touch of the welcome note and bottle of wine was a lovely surprise after a long day of travel. We brought most of what we needed for our week but it would have been helpful if the kitchen had a few more bowls for food storage.

Family time

Our three granddaughters look forward to spending time at "their vacation house". The extra playroom in the barn is a clean, quiet place for them to play games or watch TV when they're not running around the great front and back lawns. All this is just a 10 minute walk to Sea Street Beach, one of the Cape's best beaches for young kids. It features mild, clear water with gentle surf and acres of tidal pools on firm sand which big kids can walk for miles. The old neighborhood made up of many 18th and 19th century homes creates a distinct aura of an established community without the frantic pace and tightly packed developments found elsewhere. Our kids, big and little, are already looking forward to next year.

Wonderful location

Cape Cod 2022

First time I rented the house and it was great. The main house was large with a very nice kitchen and living room. The detached garage was nice as well with lots of bed. It would be ideal for a family with kids. Great quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. The owner Billy could not have been more accommodating. Overall I would rent it again.

A September Cape Wedding

We rented this property for our son’s wedding as we wanted our family in one home. Spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped, pristine interior, a nice stroll to the shore. Memory maker

Our grandkids (now 6,6 and 10) have adopted this as "their" house and only the promise of a return trip next year keeps them from tears as we leave. The house offers extra room for the kids to play, a spacious yard with a new fire pit and shed and beautiful gardens. Best of all, Sea Street Beach might be the best beach for kids on the Cape. The gradual slope of sand offers calm shallow waters, tidal pools, and acres of firm sand on lower tides on which to walk run and play. Just about perfect. We'll be back.

Perfect Cape house

This house is PERFECT- within walking distance of Sea Street beach and Crowe Pasture conservation land (excellent birding!), great backyard for grilling and incredibly well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, more than enough beds in enough bedrooms, classic Cape styling, and the house is oriented to catch Cape breezes. It was even better than I thought from the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
