Home away from home with a stocked kitchen and a screened porch with fan to keep mosquitos at bay. It was close to the pool and to the public beach access. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect condo!

We loved the neighborhood and the fact that it’s close to the beach but not in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Close to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home in Quiet Neighborhood

The house was perfect for our needs. Cute and clean as well as in a beautiful neighborhood. We took the golf cart to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. Kids loved it as well as adults.

Exactly what we expected!

193 was a pristine unit, with all that you need to make a great trip. We prefer to be closer to the beach but loved this this little spot and it’s amenities!

The House on Audubon

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The House was clean which was utmost at this time. The back porch and deck were very nice and peaceful. A 5 minute golf Cart ride to the beach was easy peasy. We hope to return in the near future!!

Reviewer Comments: The stay was great my only complaint would be the golf cart headlights and battery gauge did not work properly,the headlights went out on us while driving at night,coming back from the beach we held out a phone light so others could see us.with that being said it never left us stuck,if not for that i would give the place 5 stars.

Great stay in Sandestin

The house was very comfortable for our family of four. It was nice to spend time in the screen-in porch and on the back deck overlooking the pond. Everyone had a great time riding the golf cart around the property. It's only a quick (and fun) five minute ride to the beach! The property management app was helpful and check in was very easy. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Destin.

Loved it!

Very clean and cozy. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you could need. We appreciated the beach chairs and sand toys as it was one less thing we had to pack. The golf cart was convenient and fun. Overall I was very impressed and would stay here again.

Family getaway

My 8 year old had so much fun on the golf cart. We loved exploring all the trails, playgrounds and amenities. The house was clean and adorable. The property manager was very helpful after our internet went out in a thunderstorm. I highly recommend this property for a carefree vacation.

We loved the location and the golf cart was a plus. The unit was clean . The outdoor screened porch and deck on the lake was really nice. The only thing that was frustrating was because we booked through My vacation haven we couldn’t use the amenities that the San section golf and beach resort offered. All in all it was a great trip and would come here again.

well stocked and the mgmt was very helpfull.

Our family of six had a very nice time here. Golf cart is a must. We rented a couple of bikes for the older boys to handle the overflow. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Management responded imediately when I notified them that the bbq grill was not working. Be carefull when entering the front door. The glass screen door is very heavy and will slam on your heel if you are moving slow. after the two little ones got clipped we jammed it open for the rest of our stay.
